Called in for takeout. The guy was very aggressive on the phone with not even a greeting or thanks at end of order. Went in to pickup the food and experienced even worse. People before me weren't greeted or spoken to with respect. A customer picking up food was the one that thanked the big guy at register and said good night. There wasn't a response at all from the host. My turn came and he asked, can I help you? I told him my name, he was not paying attention nor looked at me. He asked again, and I pointed to the order as I could see my phone number on the bag. I payed, he threw my change on the counter and walked away. Not one word of thanks or acknowledging that I spent my money at their establishment. PERHAPS THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE. PEOPPE SHOULD TAKE THEIR MONEY ELSEWHERE. It's just a very low end Chinese food and nothing to rave about.

I plan on giving them a second chance, anyone can have a bad night. Not happy at with my order last night, General Gau:s chicken was on point but the white rice was a pile of mush. Way too overcooked and was a big let down to the chicken that was well prepared. The pork fried rice on the other hand, crunchy rice and no pork, none, not one bit. It was a small order and a couple if forkfuls in I had to pause and look for the pork, none to be found. Speaking of none to be found, I ordered teriyaki beef to accompany my late night snack but that too was left out of the equation.I for one distain paying the delivery fee with the service fee, not to mention the additional tip I have to leave if I want the driver to see a penny. To not receive one of three items ordered for $40 is disappointing.As stated at the start of my review, I will give them another shot, we shall see if redemption is possible. Stay tuned for the follow up, I'll take one for the team so you won't have to waste time and money hoping for all the food you paid for. Not to mention they will need a major improvement to food preparation.Salute,Mica

I'm disappointed, I ordered white rice with shrimp, a mix, the order came completely wrong, the attendant was very rude, when I called to question he hung up the phone on me, the food came completely cold, and without seasoning

First time trying Mei Ling's and very happy! Food was delicious, reasonably priced, and staff is very friendly. Love that they have both small and large sizes of appetizers (not all places do!). I ordered for pickup and liked that they read the order back to me for confirmation. Place was very clean which is also important to me.

After trying alot of the Chinese food options in my area, and there are MANY, this is my go-to for when I am craving Chinese. The crab rangoon & beef teriyaki are top notch. I've had a few orders of General Gau's be meh, but overall this place is really solid. Also the woman at the counter is always quite friendly.

We decided to order Chinese food for new year eve. The food was terrible. Never again. Our stomachs are sick. The food was gross.
Got the pupu platter.Everything was very well done, very dry. Boneless spareribs had an awful taste. The only thing that was ok was the boiled rice. Ordered here a few times and it was very good.Disappointed this time. I won't be ordering here again. 80 bucks for bad food.

This place is a 10! To be honest I don't really love Chinese food but my husband does so we get it occasionally. I think we'll get it more now that we've found Mei-Ling! We did delivery via Uber eats but would've preferred to order through the restaurant but our zone was outside the area. However, everything came piping hot and was absolutely delicious! We both felt like it was a fresher kind of Chinese food. We ordered the Peking ravioli, crab Rangoon, beef teriyaki, general Gau's, and beef and broccoli - all awesome! I rarely write reviews but I feel strongly that this place is great.
