It's a small shop, and the young people there were nice. However, the pastry was flavorless. The price was disproportionate from the size of what I bought. I'm not sure if I'm going to return here.Parking: It's located in the center of the square, which is really tough to get a spot unless you are lucky. Either that or your walking a little or a lot depends on time of day. Plus this place as hours of operation which might make it even more difficult.

Best cannolis in MA. Everything else is great too but their cannolis are exactly what you hope for every time you bite into a cannoli. We got three for two of us last time love the pistachio option. 10 stars out of 5!

Cash only! So bring enough for your order. Came just to try their cannolis as many have mentioned they are excellent and they were! Freshly filled cannolis on order. Quick service. 1 plain ricotta cheese cannoli for $5. Though from the name, i would have thought it’s more modern inside but it gives a more old school vibe and i like the packaging too.
I have come here for three Christmas Eve's in a row now. I know there will always be a wait, that's fine. They do a good job with the pastries and desserts. HOWEVER, they really gotta do better with the way they manage their staff, customers, and orders. It's always a complete clusterf with a bunch of teenagers at the helm. I waited over an hour this past Christmas Eve. The staff were not organized, they were all over the place, it looked like some of them were high and everyone was on sloth mode. Also none of the staff knew what a Pasticciotto was when I asked for it. Can we get served by some proper staff with brains? It's Christmas Eve guys, you have a whole year to think about and prep for how to more efficiently move customers through your business so you can MAXIMIZE your business.

The cakes and the pastries are delicious. There was a long line though when I went to pick up a cake I ordered in advance. They don't have a separate line for pickups. There were 20 people in front of me. The line was moving very slowly. People we buying pastries and there were only two people behind the counter. I waited for half an hour to pick up my cake. On top of that they only take cash and I also had to go to the bank across the street to withdraw money. There are some parking spots on the street but none of them was free so my son had to stay in the car and move it around the adjacent streets. Overall I am not sure if I will buy from them in try he future all because the long line, no separate counter for pickups, no credit card acceptance and difficult parking. The cake was very tasty though and I am sorry they haven't put any effort in making it easier to pay and pickup.
