The food was so good! I wish I took a picture before I ate it all. I tried the jerk pork with rice with djon djon. When I called to ask about food/recommendations, Juan was amazing! He asked if I like spicy and told me about the jerk pork. It was perfect. And he was helpful and nice. I won't order from some places, sad to say, because some are so rude and not helpful when you call an order in. And the staff here was friendly and said hello when I got there to get my food. I'll definitely go there again when I'm in that area.

I’ve been itching to try Neighborhood Kitchen for a while and so glad I finally got the chance. The first bite of the mac and cheese turned my whole day around. Delicious and comforting. I really enjoyed the chicken and waffles too! The chicken was juicy and crispy. Don’t skip on the maple cream cheese syrup, it’s a must.

People aren't kidding, the cream of wheat really is that good. I would have naively expected all cream of wheat to be disgusting, but it's delicious. Also has really cute outdoor seating when the weather is good, and lots of different flavors for the tasty mimosas.

Aaah literally the best chicken sandwich place in the Boston area (my boyfriend's words) and omg the haitian spaghetti is such a steal ($15 for 2 dinners). We've always had good experiences eating/ordering from NK. And such a unique fusion Asian + Haitian :0 I'm such a fan! Very thankful to the person who recommended this place to me!! This is place is a hidden gem & the local business y'all should support

Gone super downhill; person taking my order didn't even know their own menu. Tried correcting me when ordering a limeade and even after showing them the menu, tried just saying "fresh squeezed" over and over again. It made me feel like I was going insane. Sandwich was good but fries soggy and old

I visited this when they first open and the food was good and nicely season. I decided to order again tonight since I was craving Haitian spaghetti. The Haitian spaghetti was not good at all. Very greasy and all the ingredients were not fresh or cooked throughly. I ended up throwing away the entire order. I tried calling the restaurant soon after to ask if they hire a new chef. The person who answered the food did not even apologize or offer anything to make up for the poor experience and food. Will not be ordering from them again. Waste of $$

Cool fusion restaurant, enjoyed the mix of different foods, got the pupu platter to start just to see what it was about. Everything was was good, the chicken wings were my favorite in it. You dont get a ton of food for the money though. Not the most friendly atmosphere, seen the place on phantom gourmet and I travel to lots of different phantom spots and its always nice when you go to a place and see the owners/cooks from the show in there but not the case here, seems like they hired people to run it for them. I'd go back and try out more things though.
