Went to Pikaichi for dinner with the family after looking at online results. Had a great time. Food was delicious. Will balanced spice, noodles, veggie broth, right temperature, ready to eat. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was great. Very polite staff. Chef thanked all guests. Wait was not to bad. Simple menu. Would definitely recommend for everyone who likes noodles.

Oh boy! What a place for ramen. Absolutely loved the spicy miso. I’m not sure if the serving size was small or it tasted so good that I could get extra ramen and finish it. The wait can be very long. So plan your visit closer to closing time or right when they open. I was there on Saturday, so unsure whether it’s the weekend crowd. Regardless, one of the bestVegetarian options: Two vegan options to choose from. Miso and spicy miso. Both are great.

Pikaichi!! I am begging you to please bring back the chicken curry rice entree from the Allston location!! I have searched far and wide for restaurants that can make curry rice as good as yours and I have yet to find any. I even tried making different recipes myself to understand what magic you are putting in your food but I couldn’t crack the code!! Consider this a plea <3 everything on the menu is delicious.
Authentic Japanese Ramen. I’ve eaten hundreds of bowls of ramen after living in Japan for a few years and this place holds up! Broth, noodle and atmosphere all like Japan. A must try!
