this location absolutely saved me when I had a super last minute large order. easy process to get it ordered, they had it ready right when I needed it and never complained to me once (i’m sure they were cursing me in their heads lol) the manager and assistant manager and all the staff were so nice and helpful and I cannot thank them enough!!!

I don't know how people like chipotle better than this place. Even other Qdoba locations have veggies that are fresher and tastier chicken. Pickled onions ?pico de Gallo that isn't soaking in a bunch of water. Food bins always looks cleaner than chipotle. Love this chain. Great location.

Girl who took our order was kind of rude, wanted to sit down and eat in restaurant and same girl proceeded to sweep the restaurant by grinding all the chairs making an awful disturbance and awful dining in experience. Nothing against cleaning but at least lift the chairs…

So they finally reopened!! New interior looks good. Definitely felt the open concept they went for. New staff help me with my order. He was good still learning but eager to help. I left him a nice tip!Parking: Enough

Not sure what they did to this location after the renovation, but it got terrible. Service was a downgrade, and everything was either bland or watery. Bring back the old staff.It’s a shame too because it was easily the most consistent “fast food” location for a *very* long time.

I ordered through GrubHub for a pickup order. When I arrived, the store seemed to have never received the order. That's totally fine, it happens, I get it. I showed the manager my receipt from GrubHub as well as my phone with the GrubHub app showing that the order was placed at the correct location and was never picked up hoping they could just make my food. The manager however refused as she barely looked at my GrubHub app or receipt on my phone. She gave no communication, apologies or effort to figure out where my order was in the system. She was adamant that I had to pay again for my order and that she wasn't going to do anything to help. I later confirmed with GrubHub that the store did receive my order so I have no idea what was going on with the manager. She acted as if I was trying to scam her store somehow? This was a frustrating experience and reflects poorly on the customer service of the store employees.
