While the name of this facility implies that there are smashburgers, the reality of this facility is you leave feeling like you’ve been smashed in both the mouth and the wallet. What do I mean by this? The burger is too expensive, particularly because it tastes like it was cooked on a lukewarm Medford sidewalk. The facility is unclean and there are many elderly French fries lying on the floor and counters. Further, I have to wonder whether the “burger” maker has ever heard of seasoning. Lastly, I waited around 11 minutes for one burger, which in my book is a relatively long wait at a facility like this. Overall, this experience left me feeling disrespected as a human, and I would actively suggest that one does not go here.

I wish I could review the food, but my order never arrived. I had to call the store twice to find out that the driver decided not to deliver my food. The staff at the restaurant was nice enough, but I had to suggest that my money be refunded. After more than an hour's wait, I had toast for dinner.

It was nice to have GF options. I ordered a vanilla shake (no flavor), fries (ok), and burger (ok).The atmosphere was loud, dirty (cleaned off my own table), the door was broken in the dining room (super cold), and the bathroom was unusable due to the unsanitary conditions.

This is my first time eating at Smashburger, and I have to say I was not disappointed! The first thing I got was the tractor strawberry dragon fruit drink, and it was phenomenal! Although you have to get everything a la carte that actually made it a little easier for me. So I got the barbecue bacon burger with extra barbecue, and I got the crispy chicken sandwich with barbecue added! Everything was made to order, and I did not have to wait very long. Lena, the manager, was phenomenal. She explained the menu very well, but most importantly, the food was delicious!Parking: I was able to park directly in front of the store!
