So unprofessional. All the guests waiting for their orders got to view a skeptical of an employee commenting to their superior about the other team members, but not before the superior and all other baristas threw her under the bus for her performance. Not to mention the whole team pausing to focus on this rather the guests periodically. I’m in cooperate too and I understand when an employee is not pulling their weight, but there’s a time and place. Do better.

It was very quiet in the Starbucks and it had a nice little lounge area. I liked the music and workers there very kind and even gave my drinks while I was sitting down which was very helpful.

I ordered a coffee with my personal cup. At other locations , they always have 10 cents off for personal cup.But at there , they don’t give it. When I asked, they had no idea about it. Then two of employees yelling at me “ here is your coffee , you gotta pay , you can go now”One star rating had nothing to do with 10 cents discount , it’s more about the attitude, also they did not know their job wellFirst time stop by this location , also the last time.

I don't go to Starbucks a lot because of time limitations in my schedule, but I was passing through Medford on my way home and I wanted to stop in and get a drink and a bite to eat. Immediately when I walked in I was greated with a big smile from one of the employees. I got in line and figured out what I wanted; a grande iced coffee with caramel and a petite vanilla treat, which was delectable, 10/10 recommend. The barista serving me was extremely polite and made sure that she had put in the right order, and I remembered her name, which was Stella, the name of one of my dogs. Stella made my experience at Starbucks better than I was expecting and complied to everything that I had ordered and made it very fast. We exchanged a few words and for the rest of my day I was put into a good mood from that little conversation we had. Stella if you see this thank you and hope that you're my barista again! It was very clean and overall everyone did a great job while I was there. I will definitely be stopping in again to the Medford Starbucks for some more smiles, happiness, and of course more grande iced coffee! lol.

Went to this particular Starbucks location yesterday with 5 coworkers and was greeted exceptionally by the amazing girl working the register. Once ordered, we all waited on our coffees and left shortly after. In the short walk to our vehicles we were all taken back at HOW ABSOLUTELY AMAZING our coffees were!! I called the store later In the day to inform them how pleased I was with my coffee and informed that my barrista was Maryam. A big GIANT shout out to her on an amazing set of coffees our crew received, a true coffee talent! Coming from Haverhill, I wish I lived closer to this location, I'd be in there twice a day!!! Thanks soo much,Happy New Year!!!

7 people working, barely any walk-ins and somehow you always wait additional 15-20 minutes with your mobile order, placed at least 10-15 mins in advance….

They said a 20min wait time for 1 latte because of online orders, and they do not give priority to in-person orders.PS: the store was completely empty
Coming from another Starbucks where I order a cappuccino with mocha, and I had to throw it away because it was tasteless, I decided to stop here for another try, and I was greeted by a wonderful person, she’s not only gave me the perfect cappuccino, she didn’t charge me for it, which I wasn’t expecting, this is my second time going there, now it’s my favorite Starbucks place❤️❤️
