Drove over an hr and was very disappointed. The service was horrible. The cashier was rude and unfriendly. I was trying to place my order when she cut me off and said "I don't take your order they do"!!! Wow that delivery was way off. The cashier came off with a big attitude!. I should've walked out but like I said I drove over an hr to get there. So we ordered and the kitchen help was the same unfriendly unwelcoming and seem bothered when My sister asked them what they put in the burrito, because they did not ask. They give Mexican food a bad name. The food was gross. I ordered a steak Torta and it was all cheese. Will not return. don't bother!

I remember when Tenoch was starting off as a food truck. I'm really glad they have expanded into multiple retail locations. We were in the Medford area and wifey had never tried so this was a must although she went against my advice and didn't get their torta and got the quesadilla. Get their torta, you won't regret the decision. I didn't even touch the chips and guac we ordered because the torta was solid size!

We got the adobaba and their different chorizo versions. All were pretty delicious and had good amount of meat. Definitely my go to taco place from now on.

By far the worst food experience I've had in a long time. Ordered from grubhub. Food came quick but order was far from complete. They completely forgot multiple orders of guac we paid for. The dishes were ROOM temperature. As if they were sitting on a counter for hours. The metal tins they were in were not even warm. So the food was prepared at room temp and placed in tins. They also failed to secure a lid on tacos so when we took those out they feel on the floor. Missing food, cold food, poorly prepared and shipped. We tried calling but the phone number for the business doesn't work. NEVER GO HERE we wasted so much money on the worst meal ever. We threw it all away and ordered from somewhere else
Excellent overall. Quiet, unsuspecting ambiance. The food packs a punch! Great hot sauce. Docking a star because the burrito didn't automatically have cheese and ordering one of the burros had a sneaky $2 addition despite listing all included ingredients? Would definitely recommend and return for a tasty spicy lunch.

The food was spoiled horribly, the worst thing I saw in a restaurant was not eaten all, the garbage was thrown away, not picking it up, very expensive, it was money in the trash..
