The customer service is very poor. They are more concerned with the drive thru window and grub hub pick ups. I have waited between 5-10 minutes to have someone take my order and another 5-10 minutes to receive it. They completely ignore you because what they are doing is more important. The diet drinks in the machine consistently taste awful so I have to ask for my drink at the front.

At approximately 9:51 AM, March 17th, 2024. I had a bad experience through the drive-through. I ask about a couple of items on the menu. When I asked about a particular item, the person said it's biscuits only and started laughing at me. I was so humiliated. When I made it to the window, they snatched the money from my hand and slammed the window through the change. Back in my hand and never gave me a receipt. I asked for my receipt. They said they didn't have it. My order wasn't right. So I parked the car went inside and asked to speak to a manager. The guy who was at the drive-through window says I am the manager. I said, is there anyone here that I can speak to other than you? No, no, no one is higher than me. I asked for my receipt again. He said we can't find it. I said no one came through the drive-through behind me. So it will be easy to find. I ask for his name. He said. I don't have to give you my name. "You people" just need to know what to order from the menu. I was taken aback when he said "you people" and the lobby was full of people. I was so embarrassed and upset. I would love to speak with them before I go to the media about the racism I experienced at this location.

Terrible overall for one entering the the store blasted a fecal matter smell so horrendous I was having incredible headaches ordering second of all while ordering it took a minimum of 20 minutes to order a single dave burger of which they didn't give but rather a cheaper cheese burger even when going to complain it took 20 minutes for someone to respond while also being rude about it and the place was dirty with trash on the tables out of ketchup as well for about half and hour and didn't refill it personally deserves 0 at the highest

If I could give today's encounter a ZERO I would. I ordered 2 meals nothing complicated and they messed up the order. Handed me 1 order 2 drinks and closed the sliding window. Behaving as if I told them to get up today and come to work. If I handed over my card and paid for my orders Im expecting you to do your part! They were very unprofessional, never had a problem at this location before!

I wish I could leave 0 stars for this location.My husband and I went in with 4 kids last night after an event we had gone to.When we first walked in the seating area looked like a high school cafeteria after a food fight ( maybe not that bad but it was a messy mess food wrappers and paper strewn all over, soda machine a sticky splashedon mess, straw napkins and lids everywhere, ket hup dispenser empty). The women working were obviously yelling and fighting right before we got in and as we were lining up at the counter, the young lady clearly wasn't done getting her point across because she proceeded to stand with her back to us yelling and swearing at another woman working. Luckily, her accent was so thick that I'm pretty sure the kids couldn't understand what she was saying, but I certainly did.I'm very disgusted that a chain restaurant isn't held to higher standards. I could see, maybe 3 employees working hard to keep things moving whilst the other 3 or 4 lazy argumentative woman stood watching and complaining and basically doing nothing or anything they wanted. Coming and going and yelling and swearing.Food was cold, 2 homeless looking people sleeping inside and another guy came in to fill up 2, 7-11 big gulp cups from the soda machine.Not a good look Wendy's. Do better.

Just sharing my experience.. This place used to be very nice.. but my experience today was very upsetting...all self service ordering system is broken.. looks like the staff brought her friends this place... the service/staff was so rude.. was not feeling safe with kids and family for dine -in.. she missed an item I ordered and was least bothered to respond.. pls think when you are planning to visit as family and kids.. be polite and show some respect for customers..
