Bagels are great! There could be a potential oversight or managerial issue. They RARELY use both registers causing customer wait time to significantly increase. There is a simple solution to this ie be mindful of the line. Inspire the staff to grow and be able to spot these issues. The staff overall seems nice and is trying just seems they have very little direction. Lastly, like most other Melrose establishments it’s overrun with entitled teens that have little awareness of others around them. This is not a generational issue more of an observation of the youth in Melrose. Data shows two family households with one parent working. What are the mothers doing to teach there kids morals or awareness of others?

Walked in, walked right back out due to how smelly, loud, and confusing the place was. No prices on boards. The staff look like they haven’t showered in months and are under age 15. I used to always go to Jamba in CA and it was pleasant. So disappointed.

Usually they’re great here couple new folks working .. just mad they forgot the other order of hashbrowns cause it’s my fav- ..Each hash brown order comes 2 per order 4 total only got 2. -.- otherwise 10/10
Always great. Our go to spot lately. Love ordering in the app and having it ready for a quick pickup! They recently put tables in and it's nice to hang out in there for a bit.

Ordered through Uber Eats, Melrose location. Wrong bagels arrived. Called them; they just send whatever they have if they are out of the kind you ordered. They need to have a way to communicate.

1000% better than dunkin bagels but the iced coffee is not great. If you want decent bagels from a chain and a lot of convenience, go here! (Lowkey shout out to kupels tho for being the best bagel in boston!)Nice that you can get Jamba juice and brueggers at the same time. I wish they would make it so that you can order both Jamba juice and brueggers at the same time through grubhub. I would probably get more Jamba juice!Note that they do have a parking lot in the back!!Parking: If you're driving north on Main street, take a left at the first light before brueggers, then parking is on the right! GPS should bring you to the parking lot!

Mobile ordering at Bruegger’s Bagels is so easy and highly recommended. Sometimes ordering in-store can be slow (not a bad thing, I’m just impatient nowadays when ordering food). Will always come back for their Smoked Salmon Signature Sandwich.Really friendly staff and they’re always so nice when handing me my order. Obviously the only downside to their location is parking, but that’s the Melrose Main Street area for you.Parking: Can be difficult to find parking on Main Street. Parking lot behind the store, but parking there can be difficult too. Depends on the time of day.

Oh no no no. 2 sandwiches & 2 coffees were way too expensive here. Bagel wasn't good the coffee was just alright. Idk how you can justify the coffee prices when you aren't even making them for the customers and you want me to tip? For what? Putting ice into a cup filling it with coffee and having me do it myself? That's what cumberland farm's is for at a price of $1.29 Go to House Of Bagel. There's not 1 thing this place does better than them.
