I ordered m&m cookies for my son's birthday. I thought they were expensive when I ordered (but competitive with other bakeries). However, after eating one of the enormous, not too sweet, not too salty cookies; I realized that these cookies were miles beyond their competitors. They were thick, full of mini m&ms, slightly crunchy at the edges, perfectly cooked: yum. It's more of an experience than a cookie. In conclusion, the items at Sweet Spot are worth every penny.

I ordered cupcakes for my office to celebrate a coworker's retirement. The cupcakes here were great and I feel it is well worth the price if you are getting cupcakes for a special occasion. Everything was packaged very neatly and they were nice enough to provide a list of all the different flavors in each package as I got a variety of flavors. I chose a basic chocolate cupcake with vanilla buttercream frosting, and the frosting is perfect (not overwhelmingly sweet, just right, and the consistency was great). I will say that this is a small bakery with a very small retail area, there's no sitting space and I could be wrong, but I don't believe they sell coffee or any other beverages. Nothing wrong with that, they sell baked goods, and they're really good at it. That being said, I haven't had a cupcake from this place in several years and had forgotten what they were like. When I was placing my order, I was hoping they would've had a mini cupcake available to sample (I was willing to pay for the sample). There were none available so I basically blindly ordered 20 regular sized cupcakes plus a case of mini cupcakes with the hope that they weren't terrible. I understand in the grand scheme of things, I didn't have the biggest order, but I could not imagine placing a larger order for a big event without being able to sample the product first. To be clear, the cupcake I had was great, and from what I understand, all my coworkers enjoyed them also. However, I could have easily spent $50 less and just gotten cupcakes from the supermarket. Just saying. I have worked at cafes and bakeries in the past and offering samples was never a big deal bc most product would be trashed or donated at the end of the night anyway.

We ordered a custom cake for a birthday party. Customer service was great, and the cake was beautiful, but tasted awful. Super thick layer of frosting and then fondant on top of that, and what little cake there was tasted super dry.

Got the Cake and Cupcakes for the baby shower. Cake was really nice and exactly how I wanted but the taste was too sweet. Same thing with the cupcakes, too sugary no one ate the cakes and cupcakes and I had to throw them.

I have used sweet spot bakery for all the birthdays for my kids! They are the best! I send a photo of what I like and they do an amazing job matching the pictures! Also the cake is delicious! Just had a birthday with vanilla cake and the raspberry filling and EVERYONE loved it!

Very close for a fraction of the price ...I am so grateful they were going to even try and make something. Less than. 2 hrs before they closed but no need this was close enough ...can not thank them enough ...

I had a baker ghost me, so I got in touch with Sweet Spot too late for them to design our cake, but when I mentioned my daughter is an artist, they suggested that she do a design they could print on edible paper, and then they'd add writing and embellishments. And they did such a great job!The cake tasted as good as it looked, and when we picked up the cake, we grabbed some apple turnovers that were amazing.I'm very glad to have found this place!
