Best Neapolitan style pizza I have found in Boston area. I enjoyed sitting at the bar watching the 900 degree pizza oven turn out a stream of perfect pies. If you like Neapolitan pizza, I highly recommend. Casual atmosphere. Service was on point.

This is an incredible restaurant, with a nice staff, serving delicious authentic food. Everything on the menu is superb including the sandwiches and pasta dishes. You can taste the fresh ingredients in everything they make. We're very fortunate to have this restaurant in Melrose!

the food is really delicious! However, the meal was torture, as I don't know why anyone would imagine that loud heavy metal music would be a good sound to accompany lunch! my daughter is autistic... she was wearing headphones... and it was still extremely uncomfortable... so if you like peace of mind to eat... even though it's great food... I wouldn't recommend this place!

After a not so stellar experience the first time around, we decided to visit again. Thank god! It was fantastic today. We had a super late lunch at 3pm and had the place to ourselves. The mussels were miraculous. So clean, plump and flavorful. The beet salad was beautifully plated and balanced. The Mac and cheese. Lord have mercy. It was my daughters but I'm pretty sure all of us ate some. Huge portion. So. Good. The pizzas came last. Both the W+F and a plain cheese. YUM!!!!! The crust. It was a soft pillow with this gorgeous wood grilled aroma. We cannot wait to go back. Nice work!!!

My first time having Neapolitan pizza. Loved it, light pillowy crust has you zipping through a couple slices before you remember to chew. The Villanova has some heat but not crazy. Friend had a Harvest salad, a meal on its own, with a couple meatballs. Nice place, tiny, austere. Nice staff. Beer and wine only, which is okay but only a half dozen beer selections and too many IPAs was the only downside of the place.
Cozy place with great food. Their mac & cheese appetizer is amazing, and their pizza is tough to beat. I'm surprised by the bad reviews due to service. Every business is struggling to find workers. And for some people, serving at night is their second job after working elsewhere during the day. This would help explain the lack of help during the day. Keep an open mind before hammering a business due to lack of help.

Made the mistake of getting the Veil dinner it had to be the WORST Veil I've ever had basically like leatherYou learn from your mistakes never go to a pizza shop for anything other than Pizza, don't get me wrong there pizza is great.

Was in there 2 weeks ago. I come from Maine. We love going here. But the place was busy, one male doing the phone and take out and floor was busy we had to wait . Food took forever . You need more help during your day shift. Or you will lose customers sorry not good

Was there last Friday. We were waiting a long time for food. Place was busy, Couldn't see the waitress for another drink. She was out side smoking. The kitchen staff was behind, The other waitress didn't look happy. There were people waiting for takeout. Very short staffed. We visit from Florida. Sorry
