I just had a bad experience. I went to buy my coffee, luckily I tried it before leaving because it tasted like pure water with whipped cream. I ask him kindly if he can change it because it has no flavor, he says yes and brings me the same one, when I ask him if it is the same he responds hostilely that I asked him to mix it, I clarify that I asked him to change it because I don't It tasted like nothing and comes back hostilely and tells me to park in front. And the coffee they gave me afterwards, YES it was the coffee I always order.It is not the first time that this dunkin does not give me well-made coffee, but I have experienced bad treatment. If people don't have the personality to know how to treat customers well, they shouldn't work in customer service. I acted with a good attitude and asked that they give me something good for what I am paying. Other times I let it go because although it doesn't taste like the Caramel Craze Signature Latte, at least it tasted like coffee, but today they went overboard with the coffee and the treatment. Today 05/03/24 at 12:44pm a young male. Ah! I just realized that the sandwich I ordered, bacon, egg and cheese; They gave it to me with sausage instead of bacon. A fatal service and fatal job.

The place is disgusting. I walked out before placing an order. Terrible service not to mention the whole outside is TRASHED! there is litter all over the place- straws, wrappers, receipts and cups spewed all around the building. I would be so ashamed if I worked there let alone MANAGED this location! Do better!
I went through the drive thru and I was handed a mobile order that was not mine so I went inside to return it and get the right order and I was yelled at by a worker who told me to not steal other people's orders and then yanked it from my hands. I hope this location shuts down for

Worst serves I have ever had at a dunkin today (11/24/2023) at about 3:30pm. I got to drive up. Ask what they have for donuts(dubkin always seems in the afternoon not to have many donuts?). For what was there. Place order. Got to driveup window. Window opens, no one there. Wait about 2 to 3 minutes or so. No one says hi. Finally get attention of someone. They say someone will help you soon. Employee comes to window. With no donuts or coffee ordered. Another person behind them. Ask them where is order. They tell us the store has no donuts at all at 3:30 in the afternoon. Right after we had already ordered donuts we were told were there. We left. How many things can you come up with that are wrong?

The girl with the purple hair gave me a half frozen egg and cheese on an English muffin and my stomach is now killing me at work at 4:40am what if a kid ate that sandwich she can literally kill someone food has to be at a certain temperature is she crazy or what I’m gonna have to leave work and go to the hospital. If my stomach doesn’t get better, that girl should not be working with food, she can hurt someone it is dangerous.
