It's McDonald's. Hasn't been great in a long time. Good when you're starving. But not great. Fries are the sh_t when fresh and not over cooked.

The food was pretty good, it was warm it was as expected. The drive-thru is sometimes busy but for the most part pretty quick. Sometimes it's hard to get in and out of this McDonald's with the traffic.

The app said it was open. App was mot working and told us store was open. Waited in drive thru for about 5 minutes. Store was not open. Police actually showed up to tell us the store was closed. This was at 930am as of 1242 app still says store is open but they are not. We were not the only people there in line very inconvenient. Management needs to do better.

They only reason they got a star was cuz u have to leave @least 1. The service & food stunk. I've been 4Xs since the Mambo sauce, EVERY time I had to check the bag & (4) FOUR times there was 0 Mambo sauce. So I says; "where's my sauce?" Oh here, the look, body language was unreal. FOUR times! 147 pelham st. methuen MA So they forgot it all 4Xs? NOPE, it's sop, if u don't check, it's screw u. Screw them!
I don’t recommend this McDonalds to anyone. I experience VERY bad service. I waited in the drive thru line for 20 min. When I got to the ordering screen I waited another 10min before they then said with attitude that they are closed because of problems with the chef. A fast food chain like McDonald’s needs to have a reliable staff and fast service. When I go a new McDonald’s I expect it to be consistent with any other McDonald’s. My experience here was not that.

The kids at the window gave us only half of the order, and since they don't speak English, it took a while for them to understand what's missing. Eventually they gave us cold fries and instead of Mocha just black coffee with creamer. Also no napkins.
