However, theu didn't alternate drive-through lines while taking orders, and three people in the other lane were taken before me. The employee at the window was super nice though.“

“Even though it was my online order the employees were working on, when I came in side, no one greeted me. I stood there for nearly 3 minutes. Then she came over with my bags with a bright smile asking if I was order # xxxxx and said to have a great night. Everything was fine but acknowledgement when I got there would have been better. Being ignored for that long would irritate the less patient.“
