I was in NH for work training and wanted to try new restaurants. Xuân Quán was the last restaurant I went to, but it should have been my first. The food was amazing. My husband is Vietnamese, so finding a restaurant that meets our standards is hard to find, especially on the East Coast. If you want real phó, this is the place. The serving size was huge. My hand is next to the bowl for size reference. The broth was perfect, and no additional flavoring was needed. You get the bean sprouts, lime wedge, and basil; the only thing missing was the jalapeños. The shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce were delicious. The shrimp was cooked to perfection. To top it all off, they had a bar so you can get a drink too. If I find myself back in NH, this will be one of my go-to places. This is better than the tiny mom and pop phó restaurant we have in Maine, but my husband said he'll be the judge of that. Till next time!Parking: It is in the same parking lot as a gas station and car was. The restaurant is behind the car wash and next to Dunkin. There are a few spots in front of the restaurant but plenty of spots to the side.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking is right at the front. There are no steps to get in aside from the outside curb. There are two sets of doors to go through. There is booth seating, table seating, high top seating, and bar seating.

Great pho, fast service, I also like getting the chicken or shrimp vermicelli for takeout. It's the best Vietnamese restaurant I know of in the Merrimack Valley.

Excellent experience here last night. I've been looking for a great Vietnamese restaurant and this fits the bill. Small staff so things slow down a bit when busy but no complaints. Everything was delicious.

Went here for the first time last week and it was surprisingly good. The service was okay ( waiters were friendly and approachable but they did forget somethings). The decor and ambiance is really nice and could be a great low key date spot. Overall, I would recommend!

After a day hitting the slopes, dropping by Spring Restaurant Inc was a spot-on choice. The broth there? Rich and packed with flavor - just what the doctor ordered. Noticed the noodles and meat servings were a bit on the lighter side compared to other places, but honestly, it was the perfect portion for me, especially after all that activity. Price-wise, it's pretty much what you'd expect back in Boston, so no surprises there. The place has this warm lighting that really sets a relaxing mood, and they've nailed the decor, making it feel just right. Plus, the service was quick on their feet, always there when you needed them without having to wave them down. If you're ever in need of a warm-up or just a solid meal after a day out in the cold, Spring Restaurant Inc has got you covered. It's got that cozy vibe with food and service that'll hit the spot.

I've been here about dozen times. I always get the Pho Dac Biet. A very delicious broth that is rich in flavor. A perfect amount of delicious steak, brisket, tripe, tendon, meatballs and rice noodles. I've had the spring rolls too, also delicious! They have a great assortment of drinks. Today I had Vietnamese ice coffee! Delicious, it's like rocket fuel. This is a very clean, small, maybe a dozen tables, modern restaurant that has great Pho!

Great food and great service run by very kind people. Their smoothies are incredibly flavorful. Their pho manages to be hearty and spirited while achieving the right balance of herbaceous and zesty. Their shaking beef is my personal favorite and definitely worth trying, it's what i get every time now. The atmosphere's nice, and manages to be both slightly chic while also having a personal feel to it. A real gem of a place, I can't recommend Spring enough. As a bonus, props to the owner who can and will memorize anything and everything you order, and deliver all of it without missing a thing.

Hidden Gem on the Nh/Ma border in Methuen. We ordered the chicken pho and crab rangoon. Everything was fresh, hot and very tasty!
