Unfortunately this location;Jackson st methuen is a place where rudeness is their motto. They make it so impossible to get what you want. First of all they have a sign which excludes many subs for their promo and deals. The atmosphere seems bitter and empty. I don't recommend this place, unless you want to feel incompetent. Not only did I have an unpleasant trip so did the guy behind me. If you need to go to this location be advised and don't accept any inordinately service? Also the veggies are not fresh and some look soggy or turned to orange brown in color. This location need major customer service training. Go in with caution if you must.

I go to this subway pretty often. Yesterday I went and bought a footling and a bottle of coke with a cup of ice to go with it. I used the cup of ice all night once I got home. I kept the ice and just kept refilling my cup. By the morning the ice was melted of course and I went to throw the cup away and realized there is a rusty metal piece in the bottom of my cup that must’ve fell in from the ice machine at this subway. I’m highly upset. I expected a cup of ice, I would’ve held off if I knew I’d be getting a rusty metal piece with it.

Burnt my sandwich, after I said something about it he ignored it and served me a burnt sandwich.. horrible customer service, no one seems to want to work and you feel like a burden when asking to make food a certain way

The worst Subway ever. I ordered a 12 inch/foot long and it had half the Turkey, ham and and cheese that is normal. Then I was overcharged for a meal as the woman behind the counter charged me extra for a drink.
