I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I have to for this place. I ordered half a dozen donuts, and 3 of them were old and dry. Did they give me day old donuts? I didn’t even know that was legal! They were all the same kind, so comparison was easy. The other 3 tasted fresh, moist, and as a standard donut here should. I usually don’t go to this one, I go to Bridgewater as it’s closer to my school, but decided to stop here since I was hungry and had 3 people to get donuts for. Service was nice, friendly, and quick, but the old donuts. Service can’t make up for that blunderVegetarian options: If a dish has meat in it, it’s so easy to ask for it without meat. For example, one of my favorite orders is an egg and cheese on a croissant (no bacon, no sausage, no meat!) and the egg white veggie omelette

I ordered 2 hours ago and still waiting for them to deliver my food it has never taken this long. The food it's good and delicious but sometimes when it takes this long i reserve my food cold. The place dunks sells there food at does an amazing job at keeping the food ready but on doordash it's absolutely astonishing on how long it takes

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too. The person at the window had no interest in being there. I ordered a strawberry dragonfruit refresher with tea and they made it with water. And the ice is 80% off the drink. I also ordered two sausage egg and cheese wake up wraps and they didn’t put the sausage on them. Overall unhappy experience and will not be back there EVER AGAIN

I’m so tired of this place! They rip people off! They advertise discounts but charge full price at the register, then give you attitude about it.
This store always tries ripping people off. They don’t honor the advertised prices for discounts or specials. Then they give you attitude when you question them. One time I purchased a dozen donuts and they rang up a dollar more than what was posted on the sign hanging over the donuts. Whenever there was a $3 medium drink special, they would hang the posters on the windows, lamp posts, and drive thru but then charge full price. The most recent deals where you can get a donut for a dollar if you purchase a medium coffee wasn’t honored. First they told me iced coffee don’t count then they told me I need to use the app. I told them there is nothing saying that i have to use the app and they told yes it does then they turned their backs to me.

Visited dunkins on Rte. 44 in Raynham on 1/22/23. Ordered Lg. Iced Decaf dark no sugar. Rc'd a caffeinated coffee with 4 creams. I was unaware that it was caffeinated until it was almost gone. I have a medical condition which prevents me from having caffeine. These people really need to pay attention to what is being ordered someone could end up in the hospital.☹️

MANAGER CRYSTAL THREATENED TO SPIT IN MY FOOD - PREVIOUS REVIEW REMOVED. 0 STARS.Now that I am highly frustrated that my review was removed from google i will share again.The woman taking my order about a week or so ago was terribly rude. when I didnt hear what she said and asked her to repeat herself she became even nastier and as I was pulling up heard her say " I wouldnt be rude to someone who WILL spit in your food". Interesting... because I asked her to repeat herself.When I pulled up to the window i recognized the voice at the window was the same person taking my order. When I simply asked for a manager she said " I am why" I simply took my things and left knowing I would not get anywhere with her.DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.
