We stopped off as our 4 year old needed the restrooms, the guy was very helpful and said we don’t need to buy anything and to help ourselves.However, out of courtesy I felt obliged to buy some donuts and coffee. They were lovely tasting and the lattes were really tasty!Thanks again to the lovely staff here.

I go to this dunks probably 5 times a week, lately I’ve been getting the frozen butter pecan, and they always make it so so good! Everyone that works here is super friendly & overall awesome! My favorite dunks in the Middleboro/ raynham area!❤️

What happened to the good old days when you could just order from a person

I was already grumpy and having a bad day. Money is tight, but one thing I always need is coffee. it opens my eyes in the morning. I was assisted by Amanda at the drive thru. she gave me the total bill amount and I didn't have it. I asked her to remove the coffee. since I was more hungry than thirsty. I just got the bagel. she told me the butter is extra so I didn't get butter. she was still kind to me. she still prepared my order. She still listened. and when I opened my bag, it looked a little "off". It felt heavy. Moving the bagel aside, I saw it. A plastic knife and two butters. In my time of need, Amanda helped me. She's a very helpful, génerous person. Go to this Dunkin, through the drive through, and you'll be glad you did. Not all good service employees are competent and caring. Which Is why this stood out to me. Thank You Amanda, and Thank You 565 W. Grove St., Middleboro Dunkin Donuts!

Just had the absolute worst experience at this location. The cashier went to hand me my coffee and I took one look at it knew it was wrong, which I expressed. She (Mckenzie) proceeded to roll her eyes, huff and tell me this is what I ordered. I said no, repeated my order and then said you even asked me if I wanted anything extra in my coffee which I said no to (the coffee she tried to hand me clearly had milk and sugar and no cold foam like I ordered). She then cursed some expletive and said she didn't take my order, which is when another employee stepped in and told her (Mckenzie) to go calm down that's not how you act to customers. The new employee remade my coffee and simply and politely explained that dunkin no longer offered pumpkin cream cold foam and that the new drink has a pumpkin swirl with plain cold foam. (The original drink Mckenzie tried to hand me still never had cold foam on it so it was in fact wrong).My take away from this experience is that Mckenzie needed to check her attitude and calmly explain that the seasonal drink I ordered was not being offered this year and I would have happily changed back to my normal order of a black cold brew.Also I was still charged full price for my order after this altercation which I found insulting but did not mention at the window because I just wanted to get on with my day.

While attempting to read the disappearing menu for a cup of coffee, a young woman cut in front of me with a long order of 15 items! The inept cashier allowed her to get away with it. I just left. Worst customer service I've ever witnessed.
