I came to the drive thru this morning with a mobile order for a sausage and cheese Mc griddle and a sausage and cheese McMuffin. I get five minutes away from McDonald’s to realize that my sons McMuffin was not in the bag, but it was 2 mcgriddles. No big deal he’ll eat the sandwich, when I opened them. They were hard as a rock and so burnt. They smelled like chard pancake, I go in nicely just ask for it to be remade fine. I say a sausage Mc griddle with just cheese as I’m walking out of the restaurant. I realize they didn’t put sausage in my sandwich I go in just chuckling say I’m sorry again and I get an attitude from not only someone in a blue shirt but a yellow shirt as well with a comment about she said just cheese no just cheese and sausage, who orders a sausage and cheese Mc griddle with no sausage in it. I said, no egg just cheese. I normally wouldn’t complain about a fast food establishment however, the disrespect an attitude and embarrassment that I received for simply asking for my FIVE DOLLAR FAST FOOD sandwich to be remade is ridiculous. I didn’t give any attitude at all, I said sorry I apologize and I was patient waited 4+ minutes for it to be remade while everyone else around me got there food. She then ends me a different sandwich and says here do whatever you want with us for me to take the sausage out of this other sandwich to put it on my sandwich. Missing the sausage patty absolutely rude. I don’t eat fast food often, but when I do, this is normally the location that I come to, but never again I will drive out of my way to go to a different establishment for a Sunday breakfast sandwich, and coffee.
