Went for breakfast on a Sunday morning. It was busy. For 2ppl, waited about 15mins to be seated. Different seating areas available, inside with lots of local stuff on the walls to look at or outside in a tented/3season space. Our server was new so I appreciate it gets overwhelming on a busy day but 2 breakfast meals took about 40 mins to get. Prices were reasonable, delicious food.

We waited for a table for 15 minutes and agreed to a table on the enclosed deck. We were not acknowledged by our waitress for 30 minutes after asking for a server twice. The staff is rude. The menu is overpriced. If you are not a Milford regular, skip it.

Fresh food and drinks the staff is amazing and always a good time. There is a morning rush, so make sure you're early. Then there is a 45-minute break till lunch starts. If you have more than four people, I suggest you call ahead to avoid the wait and to make sure you can be seated.

My husband and I just moved to the area and I'm glad to have found this great local tavern. We sat at the bar a few weeks ago on a busy Thursday night and the staff was so friendly, personable, and attentive. The food was top tier. Highly recommend the wonton nachos, depot burger, and bolognese. It's a quaint place with fun decor, we can't wait to come back!

Hidden gem I. MILFORD. . The staff here are the sweetest. I've been here for lunch on a weekday and on a Saturday The chicken and waffles are amazing. My favorite thing here. I also got the penini ( chicken bacon ranch) all were amazing. Def coming up on a weekend for the breakfast

Ordered fish and chips but sweet potato fries were burned badly which turned me to rate poorly in my review.

Disappointed in the quality of food and service. This is the tavern breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese, spinach, mushroom, roasted peppers and guac. You'd think it would be full of flavor but it was really bland. I asked for the "home fries" well done and they were cold. The serve was too busy socializing with the other employees and didn't bother to ask us how everything was or if we wanted more coffee or anything else. It saddens me as this use to be our go to place for dinner and brunch. With prices increasing everywhere I doubt I'll be paying $30 each for breakfast here again

Food is amazing as always as well as the drinks. They are consistently good about serving good food quickly. Ambience is busy but not overwhelming. However, my experience this time with the service was not good. Our server was incredibly short with us. She came up to our table with the one sentence of "what do you want to drink" or "what do you want to eat". That is the only thing she really said to us. She almost seemed annoyed that we didn't want to put in our order right away. At the end of our visit, the manager I presume, came to prebuss our table and passive-aggressively asked us to leave as they needed to seat another reservation at our table. I totally understand giving a table a time limit as 90 mins is very typical, and it's posted online when you make a reservation there. I just wished they were more forward/honest with us about it rather than being passive aggressive in order to prevent confrontation, just not very professional in my opinion. Definitely could have done without the comment of "they finally left!" as we walked out the door -_- this was hours before they closed in case you are wondering

Great local place. Love the atmosphere. It is a bit cramped, but not an issue. Food and drinks were awesome. Great options on the menu for food and breakfast alcoholic drinks ?

Customers beware. This establishment offers the option to reserve a "TABLE"; however, their reservations are not really reservations at all. My girlfriend & I work hard & look forward to a night out with no kids, complications, & or issues. I placed a reservation for 2, 2 nights prior to the reservation. We walked in, checked in, & yet had to wait for a table. While waiting, we witnessed walk-in customers get told by the hostess, that it should not take long before they can be seated. The couple in front of us(with no reservation), was seated at a nice table for 2, minutes later, My girlfriend & I were then escorted to a counter that was in some sort of enclosed porch area. This counter was a typical counter that you might see in a coffee shop or in a pool table area at a bar. The counter could not have been more than 18 inches deep. We had to sit sideways just to conversate. The couple that was just behind us in line, again no reservation, was then seated at a nice table outside in the heated tent area. This observation really struck us hard. The hostess came by us & I stopped her to ask her to please seat as at a table & that we be happy to have a drink while we wait for one. Well it was at this time, the hostess indicated that we would have to wait at least 30-40 minutes as there are other customers ahead of us waiting to be seated. I knew that most of them were walk-ins as I was in the line when they walked in indicating so. I explained my concern for the request & was told that there was nothing else she could do. I explained to her that we placed a reservation for a table, got seated at a narrow counter, with customers before us & after us seated at a table & that I was not pleased with this at all. The hostess once again apologized & walked away. A waitress walked over to inquire if would like drinks, she was very pleasant about it. I indicated that we were actually not sure if wanted the drinks as we were just discussing the possibility of leaving. The waitress asked why & I explained everything to her, including the fact that this was our 1st time at this establishment & indicated that due the obvious deceitfulness on the owner(s) part, that we would be likely leaving an online review about the matter. The waitress, was extremely understanding & was quick to indicate that she would rectify the issue ASAP, & asked for us to be patient, & suggested that we order our drinks while she did so. With in 3-5 minutes, the waitress returned with our drinks & asked us to follow her to a table that she found for us. The waitress at this point introduced herself & inquired on our names. This waitress, Lexi, was with no doubt fantastic. She handled the matter like she was a manager/owner of the establishment. Lexi continued to wait on us for the remainder of our meal & continued to be possibly one of the best servers we have ever experienced. The owner(s) of the establishment should be grateful to have her as an employee, as she is a true asset to the Depot Street Tavern, & she literally prevented the loss of a couple of customers, possibly more, as my 4 star review would have been 1 (only because you cant leave 0 stars), & that could have deterred other new customers from trying out the establishment. Thanks to Lexi, we will be returning. If the issue had not occurred, this review would have possibly been a 5 star review. To the owner(s), I hope you can take some constructive criticism. I get why you are permitting reservations, but yet seating walk-ins. You should just simply do away with the reservations or abide by them. If you would like, I can provide plenty of other establishments in the area that permit reservations, & when a walk-in enters, the 1st thing that is asked, "do you have a reservation", & when the customer replies back indicating that they do not, they apologize, & then indicate, that they are booked solid; subsequently, unable to seat them. Others may have indic

Went with a friend at 11:30 Monday, we were told we had to sit at the bar because we did not have a reservation...ok ? PRICEY for a Bar atmosphere. My $18.- sandwich ending up costing a hefty $23.75 after substituting Sweet potato fries for regular fries with some sour cream. Please restaurant owners try not to nickel and dime people for extras when you are already charging $18.- for a sandwich :( $23.75 In my opinion would be a fine dining restaurant. We were charged for a drink that we did not order; glad we checked the tab...YIKES !Parking: have to park across the StreetWheelchair accessibility: two elderly woman had a very hard time making it up the stairs, possibly a ramp would be a good idea for older folks.

Excellent food all of the time! Roasted pear and brie appetizer with pomegranate and balsamic drizzle was incredible. The salads here are always AMAZING....they just do the most interesting flavor combinations and the surf and turf Cesar did not disappoint. The meatloaf was out of this world and was served with fresh, flavorful mashed potatoes and the perfectly cooked fresh fresh vegetables.
