I made the mistake of going into this Dunkin's. I had ordered a large iced coffee regular. Based upon my personal experience over more than 20 years, a medium iced coffee regular came with 2 sugars and 2 "portions" of cream, and the large iced coffee regular came with 3 sugars and 3 cream. After I had climbed back into the car and had started driving, I had taken a sip. BLECCH!! I looked at the sticker on the plastic where I had read, "Large iced coffee.1(!!!) sugar and 1(!!!!) cream. SERIOUSLY????? F*** this Dunkin's location!

I go here frequently. People are super nice. I think only once an order was incorrect. Others must have hit it on a bad day. I’ve also ordered on the app and it turned out perfect.

I neverrrrr complain (as I’ve worked in customer service for years). I asked for an everything bagel with butter. This is what I got. The amount of cream cheese is completely unacceptable. It’s not even edible.

I've been here multiple times. The staff is always very polite. They always get my ice coffee right, which apparently is difficult to do at many other Dunks. I'm glad they're not wearing gloves because only medical staff should! The store inside this place is also very cute. They have great dog treats and other unique things.
Absolutely horrible. Ordered two totally different coffees, they were the exact same. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese, got a bagel with nothing on it, and the order was done thru the app. The only way you mess up like that is because you don’t care. Shop local, and if nothing else just go to Starbucks. They actually care.

If I could I would give less than 1 star . They throw all your food in one bag donuts on the bottom with 2 bagel sandwiches on top so donuts were smushed and the frosting was melting off of them . Went in to speak about it and they could have cared less

This is a great Dunkin location inside Garrett’s, they have a lot of employees and orders come out very quickly. They have a nice display case for their baked goods and donuts and it looks wonderful! I always recommend this Dunkin, it’s worth it every time since it’s never too busy therefore special care is put into every order
