Terrible... Gets the order wrong every time and when you try to tell them they have it wrong they argue with you about it. I wanted EXTRA Carmel and got burnt tasting plain coffee.. sad start to my morning don't bother giving them your money.

Don’t get Doordash from them, they consistently forget to give my dasher all the food items and on top of that the dasher on DD just don’t check to make sure you have the right order.

What happened to all the workers! They were on the ball. The drive up line actually moved, unlike today 15 mins in line. The man taking orders kept repeating my order. No comprehension or able to speak good english. I noticed all the regular workers were not there anymore. Everyone left or were let go as the obvious new owners were employed. They have to step it up and get the line moving, or it's the last time I'll be going. I've been going there daily for the last 5 years. It would be nice to get my coffee order right no matter how many times I repeat it. Chop, chop, guys!

I'm writing about the DUNKIN at 31 Main St in Milford, MA.They owe me stars for frequenting that hell hole of very loud ethnic music from wherever in hell they came from. It's not a pleasant experience putting up with kids running around.The DUNKIN on Rt16 at Fortune Blvd is well managed and 5 star worthy.

Went inside and ordered handed the person my cash (they had cloves on) then after giving me my change they grabbed my donut with the same dirty gloves they just touch the dirty money with. I’m sorry that so gross… then she continued to organize the rest of the donuts with the same gloves on.

Won’t make the mistake again.First, they’re priced higher than other franchises.. the other Milford one is the same way because Ethel don’t allow tipping, which is fine but this location has a rip jar inside so that rules that out.Second, I know the worker shortage is impacting everyone, so I try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but here the drive thru has been slow, so the last time I went inside and the employees were yelling at each other and one berated another for not speaking English.The location is convenient but I’ll go out if my way to not go to this one now
