They work were rude, and they rushed me well, ordering my food they didn't even give me the top of my grilled cheese. The mini bagel I order were also cold.

Been buying coffee there for a long time,since the new owners took over for the last year or so coffee was great now they have there a while the stinks not good at all and for $3.00 should be better.You can get coffee at cumberland farms for .99 will not buy from dunkin again.

In the past year their espresso machine has been working maybe 2 to 3 days a week. I go twice a day everyday. There’s been a high turnover of employees and service is very indirect and not friendly. New ownership or management…idk. Either way I’m going elsewhere from now on

My coffee is made incorrect almost every morning. The staff is rude and has poor attitude. I'm convinced they don't know how to make the iced coffee, because even on the rare chance my coffee is made right, it always tastes bad. It is time I give up on this Dunkin and go elsewhere.
The cashiers there are always so friendly and joyful. Jean and Katie both always greet my with a smile and always make me smile! Love this location

Used to be my favorite Dunkin, but will now go to another or switch coffee shops completely. 2nd time picking up something for myself & someone else; the other person’s order was incorrect both times. Biggest problem this time- the person at the window specifically asked me what donuts I ordered (vanilla cream and chocolate frosted), opened the bag, looked in, and said, “yup, vanilla cream and chocolate frosted”, then she smiled at me and handed me the bag.
