All these locations need to be shut down. Corrupt. Horrible management. Non trained, RUDE employees. Nothing has been the same since SF management was bought out by these people. Don’t bother going to any of these Milford locations, you will receive burnt hot coffee or sewer water iced coffee. Forget about the food, they rarely make it. Please don’t waste your time. Go to a different location. Also, renovate this store. Thought it was supposed to be renovated last year.
Coffee and ice teas are overprice. They taste like garbage. Their pastries are horrible. You're better off. Going to honeydew donuts. They say that American runs on Dunkin well that's not true. They are the last place I would go for a cuppa coffee or an iced coffee because everything they have is horrible. The pastries that they make such as donuts bagels cinnamon rolls are very tiny and also over priced we will not go there anymore. Dunkins is the worst company in the country....read full review

Probably the worst Dunkin in town. Some other reviews specifically mention issues with sandwich items, and I’ve had similar experiences. The coffee is often okay but sometimes terrible, which really shuts down the convenience of this location for me. Service is really mixed but lately seems poorer. Try the nearby cafés and coffee houses instead.
