I recently went to this Milford location on the day of giving and I am happy to say that it was not just the food, but also the crew that proved to be, as the kids say, a sub above!

On behalf of my buddy,his steak n cheese was as he says awful. Not to mention $10 for a small sub,in which he was not asked if he wanted small or large,the kid just started making it. I am vegetarian so I opted out all together. Needless to say not impressed.

Went in here yesterday and was honestly blown away by the customer service. It was truly refreshing seeing 3 younger employees running and working the front counter so well. All working hard, making conversations with the customers and incredibly friendly and held themselves very well (all things sadly that are hard to come by anymore) As much as I believe the “asking for tips” has gotten a bit crazy lately for basic and sometimes minimal service-I was more than happy to give a good tip to these workers.Kid-friendliness: Made conversation with child brought in with me.

Love JERSEY MIKES. Never ordered online from this location before and everything was great except the order status! I was givin a pick up time from 20-45 min for one regular sandwich. I waited for the update and it didn't come. My sandwich was ready right away wasted time.

Filthy! Don't look behind the counter if you want to enjoy the food. Ignore the flies and do not watch what they touch with gloves as they make your food. I've never seen so much unsafe food making in my life. Really need better food safety and cleanliness training at this location!!

Usually this place is pretty good but today they sucked. Placed an order online..drove 20 minutes to get there. Got the food no problem but they completely messed up my girls sandwhich..she wanted an italian toasted with no oil and she got un toasted drenched in oil..then I realize my bag of chips had a hole in it and was completely stale.. Yea that'll be the last time I go there
