Greek salad was fresh; that's the two stars. The tiramisu slice was frozen. No plain seltzer or coffee. Service was ho-hum No ambiance, some seating but no one hung out for a meal. Mostly take out oriented and one client who listened to videos with his speaker phone speaker. Stop patrons from doing that. Can't say I can recommend it to anyone I know. Your mileage may vary or course.

They closed the store on working hours, didn't left any warning for the clients, and left the website working.We ordered pizzas, paid for it and waited for a long time before I went to the store in person to find it closed.They usually take a long time to answer the phone and when they do answer, they always put me on hold, no matter when I call, day or night they put me on hold, also they are always busy on the phone wanting to hang up fast and I have to keep insisting in give card information, tips, because they take the order and want to hang up, because they always assume that my order is a pick up order, when I actually want a delivery. The pizza there is really tasty! Which makes it a shame that the costume service is so poorly done.I'll try to be a client again there sometime, hoping that they are doing a better job by then.

Tried for the second time and again I had to wait for my order they haven’t even started. They’ve asked for 20 min I’ve showed up in 45 and it wasn’t even started! Half of my order was ready waited for another 15 min and gave up and left with half of my order…

Ordered steak and cheese nothing else I take one bite and was gross they put some aoli mayo sauce on it why would anyone do that with out asking never heard of anyone ever putting that on a steak and cheese smh I'll never go there again a little pricey too

The food was delicious ? we had Chicken parmesan dinners and split a salad. So impressed with everything.

I ordered two pizzas online, a half melanzana with no ricotta and half pep, and a Buffalo chicken. First the Buffalo chicken HAD NO Buffalo sauce (had to put red hot on it) and was also missing the signature garlic sauce they use. Not good like last time I ordered. Second Issue was with the half of the other that was the melanzana, I specifically asked for no ricotta and it was covered. At over 20$ per pie you think they could bother to make them correctly. Not half as good as the last time I tried paulo's when they first opened, quality has already gone way down hill.
