Good service. Pizza is pretty good. Got the barbecue chicken pizza after seeing it was the most talked about menu item. Well worth it. Best BBQ chicken pizza I've ever had. Will come back!

Absolutely love this place. The owner is the nicest guy I've ever dealt with.This smells like a real pizza shop. It's not fancy it's not modern but it feels like home.The smell is very comforting and the food is always good. The food is better than the other popular pizza place in town.
I was just reading through a very few of the bad reviews and I cannot understand it. I've know both of the owners and many of their delivery drivers as well as servers and I will say one thing...before people should be allowed to post a negative review, they should at least post a photo of the "so-called, bad food they received or at least be able to tell you that they called the owner and let them know that something went wrong whether with an associate or with the food ordered. I know that either of the owners and all of those that have been working here for many years would have made the order correct or refunded the money! I hate to see people posting negative reviews and dislike even more when they cannot spell or use proper sentence structure to submit a complaint, rather just complaints and complaints without ever asking if anyone could remedy the issue! Just my two cents or twenty cents, but I know Rosa's Villa would always make the customer happy if just communicated to them.

Today was not the greatest in the food, I ordered a lg pizza along with a small pizza and a chicken gyro to try. Was delivered gyro small pizza and a sandwich, when I called back to explain the mistake had happened I got a smart answer that I had made the mistake when ordering when I clearly asked for pizza. The customer service was just terrible today, and the delivery person just as awful. Shame because I thought I had finally found a good pizza place. Gyro was a disaster no taste just chicken wrapped with a ton of onions no sauce.

Steak sub is literally steak on bread. That's it... $10 for tiny tips on dry bread. Tuna sandwich was fine as I specified toppings on this one so i got what I asked for. ,Chili was ok, delivery driver was very polite.

My wife and I started going there earlier this year and it's been a few different times that I've called that the owner has yelled at me for no reason. Example the number that I have the call-in he tells me to call on another number. He was very rude. His name is Michael K no I called him tonight and they said they call me back in about 15 minutes. It was over that well I called to see what's going on cause I was hungry, so Michael picked up the phone and started yelling at me again saying don't you realize because I get back to you we have a big order well that was very rude of him. Plus when I asked for the receipts every time and your delivery I never get it. His wife is very nice but he's a nasty man. I will never order from there again. There was another place we were going to. They were a little bit more expensive, but they were a lot friendlier than this place is. The food is good it's just they don't follow directions and Michael is very rude who is the owner of the restaurant and after tonight I told his driver I will never order there again. I don't recommend them to anyone.

Ordered via Slice and they forgot to include my fried mushrooms, when I called to tell them that, they insisted that they made them and that I got them - they refused to refund my money. So instead of just refunding $8 they lost a customer, worth much more than $8! Terrible customer service, will not be ordering again.

Will never come back. They messed up our order and they made us pay for a new pizza. We spent 80 dollars there then had to pay to get a new pizza? Absolutely never again. Then my daughter told me they did this to her one other time. We will never go back. I have never been charged when some else screwed up my food.then the 2nd pizza isn't correct either.

Ordered a chicken Caesar salad wrap and received a wrap with over seasoned Italian style chicken and some lettuce. No cheese, no croutons and barely any dressing. I'm so disappointed and hungry.
