My bf went in to grab my mobile order bc the drive through was backed up.I do understand this location is probably taking on the overflow from the Millbury location being closed for renovation.Unfortunately, my unwarmed bagel twist was so burnt it was almost inedible.My bf also was inside for approximately 10 mins trying to get the order that was placed and sitting there.No drinks just a bagel and donut. This isn’t acceptable. Do better.Again, I understand when other stores close this may bring more to other stores but Dunkin knew it would close and should’ve prepared.Also, I do not put this blame on any of the people physically working in the store that day BUT the corporate people/franchise owners running these locations & putting these people in these situations. It’s gross and it’s very much giving the impression “I don’t care about my employees or customers.”

I don’t know why I keep giving this place a chance. Nothing about this Dunkin’s is “fast”. I actually had to drive away the other day because nobody was working the drive through. I called “hello?” Multiple times and sat there for 5 minutes and nobody answered. As I drove away there were multiple employees standing around talking I could see through the window. Not sure what’s going on here.

Was charged an incorrect amount on a drink, using a coupon from the app. The cashier shrugged her shoulders and suggested I call customer service. I did. Guess what customer service told me? Take it up with the location. I have the receipt and tried calling the location's phone number - it's disconnected. Google gave the same number. This is how large companies treat customers. With zero care or accountability.

Over 50% of the time I ask for a bagel toasted with cream cheese "ON IT" I get a toasted bagel with cream cheese on the side. You can't be that lazy that you can't take the extra 10 seconds to slap some cream cheese on a bagel

Just stopped here to get coffee. Waited for someone to acknowledge me. Didn’t happen. Finally asked if someone could help me and was told there were only 3 working and they’d get to me. No other people in line except for drive thru. Waited nothing. I left and will never stop there again.time about 4:15 on 9/2

Terrible service, wrong orders, stale food and watered down ice coffee is the place to start. I will never go there again.

I walked into a Dunkin store and a person with a manager tag on rang me up for a coffee during the $2 Pats coffee promotion. After totaling my order it came to full price. I pointed out the discrepancy on the screen and she said when you use the app it will come off. Okay, so I clicked on the $2 promo, scanned the barcode that came up, and got charged full price. The order goes thru at the overcharged price, to which she tells me it should of come off and I should have used the coupon. I told her I did use the coupon. She goes, well I don't know. Um you are the manager, how about you fix the mistake. You told me it would of come off and it didn't. All she had to do was open her draw and given me the dollar, especially after I pointed the error before she scanned my phone. She did nothing.
