I ordered two protein bowl and was charged for extra double chicken twice. Staff working there charged me extra for something which I didnt even order for. When confronted about this, i was told each toppings are of extra cost. I buy protein every other week and know how much it cost. I showed even the price in their app which was showing the right price but still staff didn’t acknowledge it and gave me baseless reasons. Upon asking manager details, i was not giving any. I was not even told the name of the manager. I have raised a complaint with relationships department regarding this the photo of the staff and photo of the receipt to take a strict action.
