The first time I ordered iced coffee and a bagel with cream cheese. The iced coffee was ok but the bagel was stale. The second time I got the same thing. Iced coffee tasted like dirty water and bagel was again stale and barely any cream cheese. Never going there again. Don't waste your money.

The bagel was super hard and there was barely any cream cheese on it. They even charge you for cream cheese, then they fleece you and put the smallest amount of cream cheese on the bagel

Liked older softer ? lVegetarian options: Love avocado eggplant pita. Add some grilled onions. ? blueberry muffins very good.atronger coffee with option of adding espresso. New Spanish sand. ? not too fiery but enough

i go to dunkin every every single day, i have gotten to know the employees there and they all know me and know what i do, all i had done was jog a from the bathroom to my seat. after that i was kicked out, my friend went in there and did something immature, and they decided to kick every single customer out. my friend had to finish his food so we were sitting in the part of the entrance in between the two doors, doing that resulted in the manager to threaten to call the cops, i am not sure if she did it or not because i got out of there as soon as she picked up the phone. all the other dunkin employees are fine with how we are and there was no prior warning to getting kicked out. later i was told i was banned. horrible service

The front manager with the white hair gave the kids a horrible day today. She kicked all of them out and threatened to call the police. only 3 misbehaved and she kicked all of them out. completely rude.

The first time I went it was okay, second time I had to throw everything out. The croissant was incredibly stale and tasted like lighter fluid and that coffee was so so bitter. I asked them to confirm it was decaf coffee and they could not and would not remake it. Definitely an off day but I’m not willing to let them ruin another morning like that. Pass.

I go there for the convenience, but they don't even know what products they are selling and they cannot tell them apart, so I arrive home with something that I did not order and something I didn't want. Check your order before you leave the store because it won't be what you asked for!!!

By far the worst Dunkin literally in the history of all Dunks. I live in Millis and go here simply out of convenience, yet every time I leave I wonder why not just go to Medfield or Medway. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever received my full and correct order. Always slow, always rude, always a hassle. Embarrassment to Dunks. They changed the exterior, sadly the inside operation is still a cluster. Avoid at any and all costs.
