Don't come here if you like customer service. Long hold times over the phone with rude employees and long wait times after scheduled pick-up is the norm.Not discouraged by this due to their great pizzas, price, and popularity. However, dealing with inept young people with very poor customer service skills gets old pretty quickly. After repeated order mistakes and delays with no sympathy or remorse, it's time for me to order elsewhere where good manners and professionalism are valued.

I recommend going somewhere else. The food is just ok .this place long time now going to downhill,But they make way too many mistakes on orders. They don't answer the phone at all. Just went there and ask for a pepperoni mushroom pizza but got pineapple instead. I hate pineapple and allergic to them as well. They didn't even care at all.

Rude as* manager almost had me catch a charge while picking up my pizza tonight. I have no idea why he thinks he can talk to staff that way but it was completely unacceptable. Don’t give your money to this place definitely you can find a place that worth because this one doesn’t worth at all for sure!

Place is horrible, 0/10 will not go again. Wish I could give O stars. They didn't get my order right so I had to wait while they remade the order and then they never made the wings so I had to wait more and the pizza was cold and nasty. Be aware,

They treat you as if you are such an inconvenience for even calling them and providing any sort of feedback, and like they can do no wrong. the food can be ok, but it really depends on the day that you order. Want to make sure you like your order? Go somewhere else.
Ordered to the bowling alley 2 minutes away, forgot the sour cream… didn’t even bring plates or napkins…. Bummer……….

Had a slice and had a hard time finishing it as it tasted nothing like pizza. It was a solid layer of cheese which had separated from the crust. The crust tasted odd and couldn’t taste any other flavor but the solid layer of cheese. Being raised in Queens am used to good NY pizza. I’ll keep searching for pizza thats comes close to NY pies.

Great Buffalo chicken calzone ! The chicken was fresh tasting and the filling reached all the way to the edge, (ask for it well done if you like crispy). Prices are comparable to other local pizza options .Ordering through their online portal will require a $1.95 delivery fee as well as a $1.25 technology fee.

They screw up our delivery order EVERY TIME. This is the last time I'm ordering.No tomatoes in the BLT.Forget sodas, wrong pizza toppings, etc. 25 for a small sub (incorrectly made) and 5 chicken fingers.
