Wheelchair accessibility: The lobby/cafe area is at level with the side walk. Not sure about the bathroom.

Reopened, great to have them back. Service is great, though short staffed and gets very busy when the kids get out of school. You also have "squatters" that just take up tables with no food or drinks next to them. Don't expect a table to work with your drink unless you get lucky. Adequate parking.

Just not sure how frappuccinos can be great at some Starbucks and totally suck at others like here. Bad training maybe. I won't go back here. I didn't take my first sip until I was on 93 so I wasn't going back.

I love the Starbucks in east milton but there’s just one thing it is a little slow but I think that once the renovation is over it will be faster so I would definitely rate it a five

Currently closed for renovations as of 11/6! Would be nice of management to post to Google for quick reference before people travel to the location like I did.

This is just like any other Starbucks in terms of its offerings - whether the drinks, baked goods, or ultra-zapped hot items - but its key advantage is its relatively late opening hours: until 8pm every day except Sundays when they close at 6pm. (Check your Starbucks app or call the store to confirm, especially around holidays.)Seems like many folks are in on the secret. Even though the store occupies a large footprint, there are only up to half a dozen small tables inside for laptop loiterers, so don't count on snagging a spot to sit if you stop by. In general, it seems like there's lots of open space that could be utilized for more seating. Fortunately, in the warmer months, there is additional outdoor patio space for about 3-4 tables. Many folks stream in and out all day long to get their orders to go, so on this note the staff are efficient and punctual, working things down smoothly. Kudos to them for holding down the fort.

Bagel (everything) was tiny and had almost no toppings on it. Got bagel, hot coffee and an iced coffee. The app said 15 minutes. Got there in 17, uncooked bagel was ready, waited another ten for hot coffee and a second ten for the iced. 35 minutes for 2 coffees and an unheated bagel!?!? I mean what list are you going off that 1 order has 2 coffees and they don't come out right after another, but 10 minutes in between? They also are paying on guy to just read the names on the coffees and pass them to people! Can't the person who just finished making it do that? Will never go to this location again!Parking: Virtually no parking at all

The staff here consistently work their tails off. Never do you see an employee being rude but always attentive and listening to make sure they get the order correct.

Ordered two caramel crunch frappuccinos, asked for customizations in it, they were ignored, gave a $2 tip also at the start of the order, and was treated the worst i’ve ever been treated ever at a starbucks before. Also to top it off, both of my frappes were messed with intentionally, coffee grounds in BOTH of my frappuccinos?????? how does that even happen without you intentionally dumping them in the drink/mixture, ive never once ever found coffee grounds in any of my drinks from starbucks and i’ve literally been to over 100 different locations, tried to reach out to customer service and was totally brushed off and my issue was completely ignored. Refused to return my money, all they told me was that i should’ve looked at them when i picked them up, even after explaining that i could not pick them up myself, check the cameras nobody is lying here, if you check the cameras the proof is all right there.Never will i ever go to another starbucks again, learned that the employees are all going on strike, company is preventing them from unionizing, restricting pride month decoration use in stores, increasing prices and point minimum for reward redemptions, tip taxing, cutting employee hours with no warning, and many other things.I will only be supporting the local coffee businesses in the area from now on and never again with Starbucks, will not support a company that does not support me or the people in my community.
