Great locals spot where you can get a beer, some wings and watch the Bruins play. There are lots of tvs in the bar area and an extensive dining space. The menu is bar style food but they have a selection of fried sea food and pretty tasty pizza. The atmosphere may not be for everyone, especially if you compare it to the bars and restaurants in town, but that’s kind of the appeal. Also, prices are not crazy at all and I would gladly spend an afternoon here.

Never going here again. Server was rude and racist to our group. We came in first thing after tells us can't split the check, implying that we should leave heavily implying we should leave we were hungry so we're like we're cool with that. We order our drinks she disappears for 20 minutes brings our drinks takes our order. Drinks are empty no food brought 45 minutes later our order comes out. Tells our group and only our group that there is a limit to the all you can eat we ordered now we had just gotten our food and asked her to put in a second order so while we eat it can be made. Another 45 minutes goes by before our next order comes out it's incorrect so we wait some more. Drink refills still not coming out and when we stop her to ask for refills she gets annoyed. Now we're a good sized group 5 of us she ignored us and expected a big tip when the bill came. Not all of us tipped because she did not do anything to make us feel welcomed or wanted. Plus we were the only large diverse group of customers. Then she chases us into the parking lot after treating us terribly all night to cuss us out because the tip was small. The way she treated us and the things she said to our group she didn't do to the other people in her section and the other people in her section weren't culturally diverse like our group was. 10/10 would not recommend server needs to be fried you don't treat anyone or profile anyone like that ever.

Server was insanely rude. Showed up to all you can eat prime rib night and after ordering ONE the blonde server tells us...be mindful of others here..don't get to many orders its all you can eat but not unlimited. She then tells us we can't split the bill although its been split every time we have eaten there. She ignored us multiple times. Nothing came out the way we ordered and when she didn't get the tip she wanted she followed us to our car cussed us out and told her she would remember our names and faces and to never come back. The receipt said the name Stephanie L don't know if thats her.

Rude, inept management that should be fired. 2nd time this has happened "kitchen is chaos...no seatings for 30 mins." Wasn't even that crowded. Only bar was open, deck was 10% full. Only seating in the bar with a few empty tables there. ?!?#? But...We were willing to wait, asked for confirmation we could hang around, have a drink - spend money - be nice, patient customers. Hostess went to check with manager. Came back "manager said no seatings for at least an hour." Welcome to Faregrounds on Nantucket.

I ate there a year ago and it was fine. Good pub food is how I'd describe it: Service was fine as well. This year we stopped by and tried to make a reservation for 11 people at 7. We stopped by around 5 to make this resy. They did say they didn't do reservations but would make sure they get us in at 7 and took a $10 tip. We show at 7 for our dinner.....we are told 45 to 1 hour wait. When we pointed out our agreement (that was written down and in front of the reception ladies) somebody with authority (although dressed in jean shorts and tennis shoes....(so I'm not sure if she was the manager) was extremely rude....called us rude within 30 seconds and said it's too bad they are short staffed and couldn't do better. I guess we won't ever be back. It was pretty embarrassing to be talked to like that. Too bad, I like their location and I'm a fan of pub food and beer.

My experience was very unpleasant today the employees were very obnoxious they were rude didn't smile they had smart remarks and they told me I was cut off and that was for no reason I don't think I'll be going there again and by the way their food sucks

Had the seafood platter quite tasty kind of a cool outside bar along with outside seating also inside seating I would say the restaurant is very affordable and the food is pretty good they also have the ability to do big parties like a banquet hall great bar atmosphere good service overall I would definitely check it out they have parking in the front and a lot in the back.

After setting at the table we waited 20 minutes before anyone helped us. After placing our drink and appetizer order we waited another 15 minutes then came our app but still no drinks. Finally after we were half way done with the app the drinks came. She proceeded to take it food order and we never seen her again until we called for her to come and give refills. 45 minutes later we still had no food and have only seen our waitress twice. 60 minutes into setting it meal finally came and my burger was not right and I received fries even though I ordered tots. The waitress acted sad if we were bothering her by being there. She only had three tables and neglected us badly. I don't know if I can recommend anyone eating there.Parking: Very packed and small lot to park

We ordered take out. 5 meals and a side of tater tots. Pick up food and a 20% gratuity was already added to bill so we paid an additional $12.86 for putting our food in a bag, I guess. And guess what the tater tots didn't make it into the bag. So ordered 6 items and they couldn't handle putting it all in the bag anddd we had to tip Stephanie for screwing up the order. Yes I did try to call the restaurant that same night to speak to a manager, actually called 4 times and NO ONE PICK UP THE BETWEEN 7:30-8. The food was NOT good. Don't waste your money.
