It was a really cold night but this place provided all the comfort and warmth we needed. Becky took wonderful care of us and accommodated all of our requests. I think the entrance door needs a better strategy for the approaching winter so that the cold doesn't blast in at every person getting in or out. We love this place! Thank you for a beautiful night to remember!

Truffle fries were crispy. Seafood stew was extremely flavorful and a huge portion. The wait staff was very attentive. Loved the atmosphere. Would definitely go back next time on island.

Walk-in at 5 on Friday. Sat immediately. Ordered the truffle fries and Brussels salad for start. Very good. Created anticipation for our entrees only to be disappointed. Chicken bowl - Thai style came with 0 cilantro. Which is the only point. Asked the waitress for some more. "It's in the sauce" - which by the way also had 0 cilantro. But a ton of sugar. Portuguese Stew - 0 Linguica. 0 Kale. 0 clams. 0 calamari. Maybe it was just "It's in the sauce" and for $39. The Short Ribs were bomb so get that or Nah.

Delicious meal served in attentive fashion. Waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about items. Shrimp scampi was very flavorful and delicious. Highly recommend it. Pasta bolognese was also delicious. Very nice place with a nice ambiance. Would recommend this restaurant.

We had limited time to enjoy this wonderful restaurant. They accommodated us as still made our meal memorable. The food was great, the service welcoming. We're definitely going back!

This was our first visit to Queequeg's after many years of coming to Nantucket. Glad we finally made it. Food, service, and cocktails were all excellent. The Portuguese fisherman's stew in particular was really good. It's a very small place, but remained relatively quiet despite having a full house and a large party next to us. I imagine that might be different if there's a raucous crowd in the house.

I've left 5 stars else where. This is the first 4 star. I've had more bar experiences I enjoy elsewhere but let's say it's me. I felt this place held itself more pretentious than any place should. Pretentious is never good. I had a Manhattan.. excellent. I also had the tuna tartar. The tuba was . The tortilla chips it's served with seemed like a lazy choice. Tortilla chips should never be served unless it's salsa or nachos. There are too many options to pair with tuna to choose a tortilla chip. The hostess and waitress were amazing!!!!

Fantastic restaurant with great friendly service. Big shout out to server Jack who really knew his stuff. Not a cheap meal but definitely worth it.

Cozy ambiance with pleasant music are some of the things that draw us to the restaurant. Our server, Jack, was very attentive. We usually love the food, but this evening we were a bit disappointed. My husband's Bolognese was too creamy and rich and my shrimp scampi was drowning in an overly oily sauce. The shrimp were perfectly cooked though and the sauce was tasty - it was just too oily and too plentiful.

The service was friendly and efficient. The drinks were great and so were the appetizers and salad...we had a kale salad and mussels with linguica...both were delicious and timely served. The shrimp scampi was described as "excellent" by my dining buddies. The bolognese was recommended by the waiter but was just "ok" in my book. I might return to the restaurant and choose a different entree.

Great place for 4 to celebrate a birthday. Make sure to ask for the booth next to the bar. JT is a great bartender and can provide recommendations on what to eat and what to drink. Fun time overall!

The menu has changed and it was not what we expected. It's now the same menu as Town. We like sushi but had that for lunch) and mostly seafood choices, which was not what my husband wanted. I got the shrimp scampi and thought it was very heavy and greasy. Don't recall what my husband had but he thought it was bland. All in all, not what we were expecting. We've eaten here many times and have always enjoyed our meals. Last night's service was good, but I'm not sure we'll go again unless the menu changes. We couldn't bring our daughter either as there are no good vegetarian options either. Not a place for us anymore.

One of our favorites among Nantucket's good restaurants. While it's not inexpensive (this is Nantucket!), it is not ridiculously over-priced as are so many of the others.

Wonderful meal, service and ambiance. Very pleasant, unpretentious but delicious. We had the Caesar salad, mussels, short ribs and shrimp scampi. Our server was perfect. We ordered champagne which could have been colder, but all in all we were very happy with our dining experience!
