This place is seriously delicious. Everything is so fresh and the sauces/broth have huge flavor. I was blown away by the pork ramen broth. We also loved the duck wings in the Bento box special, and a few different sushi rolls— the crispy garlic is such a fun addition. Service is friendly and pick up at their non-truck winter location was fast. This is already a favorite!

Tried maki for the first time. It's pre-made and refrigerated, so the sushi rice is going to be a little bit hard -- but the rice is a properly seasoned, good, short grain varietal -- and the fish is, as usual, pristine. Hamachi and akami were both nicely cut and trimmed of fibers, not aged, but of good, fresh quality. Every order comes charmingly garnished with a little orchid flower. Can't wait to see Chef Sean's two year old on the waves with us!
