This place is a hidden gem! It’s extremely clean, the atmosphere is warm and modern, there are spotless fish tanks in both rooms, the service is prompt and the food….well, it blew us away! We couldn’t stop eating! I had the yellow chicken curry and my husband had a vegetarian dish. Both were ah-maxing!

DO NOT VISIT!!! BUYER BEWARE! EVERY GOOD REVIEW WAS WRITTEN BY THE STAFF. There are plenty of restaurants on ACK to visit and actually enjoy a meal. Imagine wet soggy socks microwaved with no flavor. I think the high school lunch lady works here because it tastes like the worst high school lunch food. The cost is unreasonable for food that shouldn't even be served. I hope they go out of business soon so that an actual restaurant can move in and serve good food. This doesn't taste like food. It tastes like something you should use to clean your bathtub.

I had the sweet and sour pork n chicken. It's nothing like what I have ever had at any other Thai restaurantI couldn't finish eating my lunch...

Flavors ok but very light on the noodles. Service was quick and friendly. Might try again

Got chicken tenders that were so over fried, the batter was burnt and the chicken was so hard it was inedible. The fresh spring roll was fair at best. The sour peanut sauce that came with the spring roll was a clotted mess with no taste. The kung fu basil was literally tasteless. The best part of the order was the Jasmine rice. I would highly recommend not ordering from this establishment.

Chicken fried rice was excellent according to one in our family. However, the rest of the food was extremely sub par. The spring rolls were hard and barely had any filling. The fried dumplings were overcooked and hard. The tempura batter on the vegetables was way too heavy and too thick; they were fried too much on outside yet batter not cooked inside. I ordered shrimp drunken noodles, but it came with chicken instead. I am not sure it was even drunken noodles, which I have ordered there several times. I could not eat it. When I called they did offer to have me drive back to get what I originally ordered or take it off the bill. They are nice people who own Thai House, but the chef must have changed. I will try Siam to Go next time.

There's honestly no excuse for any establishment to serve food this bad. I understand and appreciate all the challenges of running a restaurant on Nantucket - but if you're going to be open and serving customers you have to do better than this. Our entire family of four - all ordering different dishes - all threw out 80% of our food - as it was simply inedible. It isn't that hard - if you have the raw ingredients - to serve half-decent food - but the dishes being served by Nantucket Thai House are just terrible. You can rationalize all you want (about how this is the only or one of just a couple of Thai or Asian food establishments on the island) - but even with that in mind this food is terrible. Inedible actually. Thai House - do better.

Tasteless food. Terrible beef red curry. Beef looks unidentifiable. Vegetables soggy. Chicken satay was just plain chicken. Stingy with sauces. Disappointed… first time and last.

Nantucket is hurting for good fresh Pacific Islander food. The Thai food Chinese food Vietnam food on Nantucket is not good at all. I love me some good pad Thai here it's watery and they seem like they use cheap Romain noodles . The fried food is greasy and has no taste. I have been here 3 times and sorry 3 strikes your out. Not a fan at all.
