What’s a trip to the mall without an Auntie Anne’s pretzel? The smell grabs you right when you walk in the door! I love getting a little cup of pretzel nuggets and eating while I walk around (before masks, of course), and with a tall ice cold lemonade, nothing is better! Service is always quick and friendly

I went to get some pretzels today around 5:30 pm and I had a bad experience with customer serviceThis store located near Macy’s shop down stairThe ladies were very unprofessional sad to say the pretzel wasn’t really cooked it tasted nastyI hope next time to get a better experience

Prices are a bit steep but the hot dog pretzels and cinnamon pretzels are fantastic. They should consider upgrading their cheese sauce as it is currently underwhelming.

Great pretzels, etc

Place was gross and overpriced. Like 6 dollars for a pretzel... Pretzels were very hard and barely warm. Sitting in the warmer for who knows how long. Staff was playing on cell phones. Typical mall junk.

My wife and my kid bought a cup of salty small pretzels today, it seem that the tiny pretzels were over cooked and they were hard to chew, I go back to changed with new one this BRAZILIAN girl named Eren I believe, she started talking in Portuguese with the other colleagues in there and laughing at me and my family.

This place is not good. It's amazing. The pretzels are super buttery and doughy. The drinks are really good. You can also order pretzel bytes for sharing. It literally takes 30 seconds to get a pretzel.

Most of you around here are part of the choir and believer in Auntie Anne's. I envy you. I have only recently had my very first Auntie Anne's experience (that I can remember anyway. Maybe I went there before as a middle/high school student). Hanging out with my friend and his daughter and her friend, we made a much needed stop at Auntie Anne's and it got the girls quiet for a little bit. They each got a pretzel and I had the pretzel dog. My world stopped. The pretzel was so buttery, so warm, just the right amount of salty. It was better than crack. I kept asking one of the little girls to feed me her pretzel. Shamelessly, I batted my lashes and smiled with allure. The warmth of the soft pretzel enveloped my tastebuds in a mother's warm, loving embrace, I tasted home. Or even better, Auntie Anne's. From now on I will never pass another one without spending at least $4 of my hard-earned cash. Much to the regret of my waistline.

Love this place for the cinnamon pretzels which are soft and warm and delicious. They also have lemonade and other drinks.

There are multiple Auntie Anne's located in the Natick Mall, so you can almost always smell the pretzel-y goodness. I LOVE the cinnamon sugar pretzel and pretzel bites! Best treat ever while shopping-for small meal or hearty snack alike.
