I saw the owners review letting everyone know they were under new management. I almost did not order because of the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised!!! I loved the pizza, had a little too much herbs on some slices but REALLY good still! Reasonable pricing, I'd order again! 10/10

This is the new owner and I only had control of the place for a good week and I am trying to bring this place back alive,I understand the frustration customers went through but thst will no longer happen,I have a good control of it now and everybody working on top of there game as I am teaching them the correct way how to make good food,I plan on bring the old menu back,prices will drop down a little,food will be served completely different,I have a delivery driver that works from 11am to 4pm after that I have no delivery until I find a second driver,if you remember the old old owner that people respected and love his food well thats what I plan on doing also and as best we can,I love to serve people the right way,if they leave happy eat happy then they make my day and tells me I am doing the right thing,money is good but making people happy is even better is how I see it,so bare with me as I change alot of stuff for the better,as soon as I get the new flyer I will pass them out as soon as possible,1 more thing on 1 of the reviews somebody left a comment saying they got 3 calzone from us and all 3 was burn and that was 4 days ago that is completely false,and I know that 100% because the video they are showing the 3 burn Calzone but they 3 boxes of pizza they was in aint our box 100% I dont have that box they are showing I never ever had that box,so what I say about that good try to try to make this place look bad but you are complete wrong and if you see this comment I am writing to you to come to my shop so I can prove to you that you didn't get it...GOD BLESS everybody ?

I Orderen 3 calzones and they all came out burnt at the bottom. I didnt realize until I woke up the next day to try one, as I ordered yesterday for my family and didnt check at all. Now I will. So dissapointed. They look good but they are burnt.

This place has gone downhill since the previous owner sold it. When I walked in the cashier was on her cellphone on a personal call. The cook was nice and when he saw me he took my order. He told the cashier who was still on her phone to ring my order. She was balancing her personal conversation and trying to ring my order at the same time.It wasn’t working. I had to ask her to get off the phone!Then, I was overcharged for my order. The cashier couldn’t figure it out so the cook came and offered to give me the difference. It wasn’t worth it. I walked out.Lastly, the quality of the food is definitely NOT what it used to be. The red sauce was so watery over the ziti I ordered. When I got home, I realized there was no bread roll that was supposed to come with the order.I will not be going to this place again. Very poor customer service and no management at all.

Our company has ordered from Brooklyn New York Pizza for YEARS, and are so incredibly disappointed that Weber sold his business. On 9/8/23 we ordered for our office and literally EVERYTHING we ordered was wrong, and the Feta cheese they put on the salads was spoiled. My boss ordered an eggplant parm sandwich and received a sandwich that literally just had fried onion rings between two pieces of bread. I ordered a garden salad with Tuna, no onions and extra olives and received a Greek salad with tons of spoiled feta, NO OLIVES, and extra onions. Another employee ordered a vegetarian Greek Wrap, no onions and received a greek salad (no wrap) spoiled feta cheese and extra onions. We ended up throwing out everything concerned that the food was not edible, along with being completely wrong, and placed an order with University Pizza who always gets it right. We will not be ordering our weekly lunches from here ever again. Lastly, each time we called to advise the staff we were told they weren't the person who placed the order and we would have to speak with them. They never called back.

Horrible service. Very good food, but long wait. Ordered 3 times: 2 different apps and 1 direct call. In advance, 20 mins to 2 hours. Each time was told 5 more minutes. Each time had to wait 20+ minutes; order had not been started. Food was good, but the experience was miserable.

The absolute worst customer service our family has ever experienced. I ordered an Italian sub, toasted with oil and vinegar. Along with a pizza and chicken fingers. The sub was not toasted and had mayo. No worries mistakes happen so my husband brings back to ask for the correct sub ordered. Person in charge screaming- throws the sub in the trash. My husband just asks for his money back at this point. Person in charge ordered the poor girl working the register to give my husband all change and no bills! Who does this?! In disbelief a restaurant owner/manager would ever treat a customer this way. We live right down the street and have order often. Will never go back!!

Ordered a cold turkey sub. On the online menu it says .30cents for EXTRA Lettuce / tomato / mayo and pickles.. One would think if the menu says extra that means it comes on the sandwich. Just paid $12 for a Turkey & Cheese sub with absolutely nothing on it. That's false advertising and a rip off. Never
