Had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant! The delicious pizza and delightful sangria were highlights of the meal. Although the chicken dumplings were okay, the standout items were the yummy lemonade and the always delicious complimentary bread. The amazing ambience added to the overall enjoyment of the meal. Overall, a satisfying dining experience with tasty options, pleasant beverages, and a fantastic atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking for delicious food and a great ambiance!

Was there last evening with my mother-in-law and wife. Place was dead, service was okay for what it was. Pizzas were not only lousy, but overpriced. $18 for this?? No crisp and toppings seemed like they were placed on a sightly warmed piece of doe - they seem more concerned trying to push selling a frozen pizza to take home. Over $65 without alcohol.

Not great. Pizzas were very small. 6 slices we ordered 2 for 6 people. Had to ask for bread several times and were told bread is scarce most times?? Ordered a large salad that never came. Was told he forgot about it. It wasn't on the bill. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because despite the waiter forgetting my salad he really seemed to be trying his best.

I've never had California Pizza Kitchen before. I'm here on business and ordered from the hotel next door. Extremely lackluster pizza, like you might find at a gas station or a sports arena.

Greeted with snears as nearly the whole staff sat in a booth, filthy floors and sticky wet seats waited for a lone overworked server to take our order until we decided to go somewhere else

Food was ok however the they were clearly understaffed. It took a long time to get our drink order in and even longer to get the drinks. I noticed the waitress was making all the drinks which explained a lot. If this place was staffed better and had a bartender it would have been a good experience.

This was our backup choice after Cheese cake factory. But luckily it turned out to be a better choice. There was no wait time to get seated.Was initially skeptical about going here after seeing some reviews that mentioned the food was delivered late, no proper customer service etc. Actually none of these happened during our visit.The restaurant was quiet and everyone was having a great time. The sofa style chairs were comfortable. The waiter came quickly, she took our orders accurately. She dropped the drinks first, then took our main order. The bread was warm as though it was taken right out of the oven.The dishes were all at the correct temperature and taste. The waitress also checked on us frequently. It was my sons birthday so they came out with a special treat and wished him.Would love coming here again.
While the food (Guacc/chips & pizza) was tasty, we weren't greeted by a server for about ten minutes & had to ask for utensils multiple times before receiving them & had to ask for guacc/chips b4 pizza. Pizza arrived, and one was not done correctly. My works pie was pretty good & finally when the other special order pie arrived, it was also very good. The manager came over to apologize for the delays & having to redo a pizza & gave us a complimentary appetizer for a future visit. Service improved later in the meal, despite having many people on the floor, few were servers.

This place is horrible, the manager I found out his name is bralio is mean to all of his employees and even customers. I witnessed it when I was sitting down twice. I also saw a cockroach as I was sitting at the bar but the worst part was half way into my visit the mice I saw. This place is not sanitary at all and I’m trying to figure out if I will be calling the board of health because of this. The food and server were good but this place needs a new manager and a deep cleaning as soon as possible, will never be coming back to this california pizza kitchen. This location is the definition of ruining a restaurants image.

Coming here regularly for over a year, the food has been great. But adding to the quality of food especially the west coast burger has been terrific but what makes the burger even better is the service from both Caeley and Kaylane !!! I hope management realizes how valueable such outstanding employees. Both get my order right every time , always polite,Employees as such are irreplaceable and add to the dining experienceThanks to both of them
