We had food here long time ago and had no issue but today I had steak and my wife had chicken but chicken was not cooked and steak was smelling like fishWhen we complained about the chicken they didn’t want accept they said if we do it over it is going to be like this again so we said to change it to steak and after so much argument they charged us the difference and gave my wife steak instead chickenAs soon as she ate the steak she said it smells so we threw them in the garbage and left

SCAMMERSThe cashier told us that they offer combos and we can choose any size we want, but they do not offer a combo of a meal. It was very misleading as they apparently consider the drink and fries as the "combo" and not the cheesesteak, which means we ended up paying more than 44 dollars for 2 meals. That's outrageous and borderline theft. The cashier should have been more up front with us about the combo pricing and definitions. Don't call it a combo if it doesn't include the sub. Highway robbery. Very disappointed

It's not the best cheesesteak I ever had but it definitely hit the spot! Especially considering that it is in a mall I will have to give it points for that. The workers are very nice and customer service was solid.

I was incredibly surprised how good this place was, typically mall food is below average but this was quite delicious! Bread was phenomenal, roast beef was great! Oh and that strawberry lemonade they have is a MUST try!

I got the chicken teriyaki sub meal with fries, and a strawberry lemonade. My boyfriend got the ultimate club sub with fries, and a strawberry lemonade as well. They're very friendly, quick, and convenient. The fries just don't taste good unfortunately.

The sandwich is great! My only complain is the cashier lady. She doesn’t understand English at all, I’ve asked one sandwich without pickles and another one with just lettuce. She wasn’t understanding and turning her eyes to me without patience, very rude!! By the end I had my sandwiches incomplete.

I ordered food for my lunch and was charged for it. Only to be texted 1/2 hr later to say sorry we don’t have a driver to deliver your food. Then they said your money will be refunded in 5-10 day???? So money has to be on hold because you accepted a delivery order when you had no driver? Beware bad business practices just lost them a customer.
