Service was outstanding. I noticed one of the employees cleaning the soda machine before the dinner rush came. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant.Vegetarian options: You're really just limited to fries and peanuts. They also have a grilled cheese, but I believe it's cooked on the same grill as the burgers

Food is always excellent. Service is just okay to not great. The person taking your order doesn't always speak English well, so it can be very frustrating placing an order. Speak very slowly and use exact language from the menu. And it still may be wrong, so check it before you leave.

Clean courteous and delicious food!! Best Five Guys around!! Thank you!!
Literally went through the most inconvenient situation as possible. To make a long story short, there are only 2 people working in the front taking orders AND cooking but guess what, THEY’RE BOTH ELDERLY AND NEITHER ONE OF THEM UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. The guy put onions on my burger and told me “no, no, you no allergic” after I told them I didnt order onions and I am allergic to onions. Love Five Guys buy I’d honestly recommend McDonald’s or a Cumby’s hot dog over this specific location. (221 N Main St, Natick, Ma 01760)

So Five Guys is usually hit or miss for me and it depends on the location. Natick Five Guys is the best Five Guys I've ever had. I ordered online for pickup, it was ready at the time I was quoted (during lunch rush). The staff was extremely friendly and my burger was amazing. Definitely my favorite location in the Boston area, possibly period.

Worst Five Guys location I've been to, and I've been to many. There's always something up with the soda machines, only one had Coke and of course the one that did tasted flat. The bag wasn't even filled with fries like at other locations. Tables were also dirty and trash barrels were nearly overflowing. If you're looking for an unsatisfying experience, then by all means help yourself. I for certain will never come back!
