They were selling discounted food. I assumed end of day food they wanted to sell off. I took one bite, and it tasted like an ash tray. I returned the food. They did provide me with a refund after I told them the food tasted bad and I am not going to eat it.I would not recommend this food establishment, unfortunately.

I ordered vegetable lo mein. She filled the container with lo mein, I didn't see any veggies, so I asked if she added the veggies. She said she did. I believed her. After I paid, I opened the container while still in front of the cash register, stirred it around, looking for the vegetables. There were NONE. When I questioned the workers, I couldn't understand the lady at the register. The lady who filled the container told me the slivers of cabbage in the lo mein were the veggies!?! I asked her if she was kidding!?! She then added 3 broccoli florets. I asked if I could have some carrots, too. She then added a few carrot slices. I ate the veggies, but the lo mein was dry and flavorless. I threw it away and went to Thai Kitchen. For $9.99, I really enjoyed their mango chicken with rice and lots of veggies, not just small slivers of cabbage. Don't waste your money at Master Wok.

I had horrible stale food at Master Wok at Natick mall; I went back to tell the server that the chicken is stale or rotten and they were rude to acknowledge. Offered other food rudely. I vomited after coming home and concerned that my little daughter, who ate it, may fall ill too.

They were selling food boxes for a cheaper price. Should’ve known better, it made me and all of my friends super sick. Absolutely terrible and careless to sell food that has constantly made people ill.

A uniformed Master Wok employee was outside smoking, not far from the no smoking signs. His cigarette stank up the handicapped entrance. I decided to eat elsewhere.

This place has gotten more people sick than the bubonic plague. I just had this an hour ago and my stomach is turning into a knot. This place has been closed up every so often and I assume it was just equipment issues I was wrong DEAD WRONG. Please avoid this place at all cost!

I know it's food court, but can they get any nastier? As I was paying for food, one of the employees was picking her teeth by the hand sink. The cashier was rude until I tipped her. I had no choice, she gave me my change in dollar bill on purpose. The food was nasty with so much msg taste in my mouth. I know it's hard time for many small business owners, but this is just awful

Part of the food court at the Burlington mall. Large mall with plenty of shopping options. Location is conveniently off the highways and getting in and out is fairly easy. There is plenty of free parking available but getting parking close to the entrance/exit is hard because it's always super busy. Good range of shopping options including Macy's and other large stores. There are a few restaurants around and the malls food court also has decent options like Master Wok. Overall satisfactory experience and decent food considering it's at a food court.
