It’s just me and 2 other guys who have previously ordered and waited . And they are soooooooo slow. It’s slower than any busy restaurant I’ve been at. It’s ridiculously slow I’m questioning my entire decision of ordering here . I think it’s been 20 mins for 1 order and the other guy who came before me picked up 1 order… i don’t know how this is possible.Food is good. But quite expensive for paper plates, and throw away utensils.

I can’t describe how good this sushi is. I’ve tried to write this review so many times. It’s just so good it’s left me speechless. It takes a LONG long time, but it’s pretty damn good. Still love this sushi takeout place. Don't miss out on great mall sushi just because your parents think it's silly, team. Fast and friendly. Prices aren't stellar but it's a mall kiosk so that to be expected.

This is a hidden gem for sushi. Who knew sushi at the foodcourt can be good quality and well presented. The cashier is friendly. You can dine in at the foodcourt or do take out. The foodcourt can be loud but it's convenient because you can shop and eat. I tried tuna tartare, sushi deluxe, edamame. They were all yummy. Whenever I go to Natick mall, I'd stop here for a meal.

Living close to the Natick Mall, Nori Sushi is one of my go-tos. It's one of the places I order out from on a fairly regular basis and I've never been disappointed. I was a bit skeptical at first given that this is a small kiosk on the outskirts of the food court but am so happy that I decided to give it a try. Every time I've ordered, the presentation has been immaculate and you can tell that the employees take time to put together each order. You can order your standard cooked and raw rolls as well as order some specialty rolls - I was impressed to see that there's a truffle toro roll. I would say that the maki combos are worth it. Although you are more limited in the rolls that you can select, there's a good variety. My regular order is now a 2-roll order with salmon avocado maki and the Alaskan maki. Overall, this is a great local spot to hit up if you're near the mall and craving sushi.

I highly recommend this sushi, the fish are very fresh. I especially like the cashier girl here. When I asked her for her recommendation, she was very enthusiastic to introduce me. I often see her working here in the workday. Even though the mall is slow on weekdays, she is always smiling. This is the first time I've ever experienced this kind of service at a food court. I want to salmon bowl but I didn't know there was also have grilled salmon. She was kind enough to introduce me after I asked for a bowl. This time I only bought a salmon bowl, but she also kindly reminded me to get soy sauce when we left. I'll come back next time for something else she recommends!

A guy he’s nice, but there’s a lady she seems like she doesn’t wanna work there. And she gimme attitude when I asking for a bag even i order take out. No chopsticks or napkins either. If you dont in mood, dont even go to work.

These reviews have to be FAKE. This was the worst sushi I've ever eaten. The nigiri was thrown together without care. the sushi had a weird texture and the woman taking the order has no personality or customer service skills. This is exactly what you think of when you think of mall sushi.

Pretty good sushi for being in a food court of a mall. The rolls were filling and decent in size. The wait wasn't very long and the presentation was nice. I would definitely come back to eat here if I'm at the mall!
