The new menu has limited options, and many of the old favorites have been discontinued. Very disappointing experience. Panera used to be our go-to sandwich place now we need to look for a new place.

I will go completely out of my way to visit a Panera in a neighboring town. The paper straws they have here make it impossible to actually drink anything. Plenty of other places that use a biodegradable straw that's not paper. We had to throw out our smoothies because they couldn't offer us any way to actually consume them.
My wife bought two loaves of what was represented to be "French Baguette" . Didn't look like French Baguette, didn't taste like French Baguette. Crap and tasteless. If you buy anything from Panera in a closed bag, open it up to see if it's what you ordered

Cafe has real problems fulfilling orders correctly for delivery. To make matters worse they do not answer their phone ever. The last two orders I made were incomplete or incorrect, and I have been unable to reach anybody at Panera. I have not been reimbursed, and I have not received my food. Hopefully social media pressure will enable them to reach out to me and make things right. As it stands, this café is not recommended.

I don’t write reviews like this often. Panera should not be on grubhub. I got delivery a few weeks ago for a broccoli cheddar soup with the bread bowl. I didn’t get the breadbowl. I think to myself, maybe they were just having an off day. I order again, I EVEN WRITE IN THE NOTES “please make sure the bread bowl is included it was left out last time” THEY FORGOT THE BREAD BOWL AGAIN and the cup the soup came in was broken so my soup was all over the bag. The soup was also not creamy like it usually is? Screw this place, never again.

I always order using the kiosk and when they call my name I get up and get my food... So not much interaction with the employees.The food used to be better. They don't offer the sandwich I used to like anymore. The flatbreads are so tasteless that last time I had to ask for salt and pepper to make it a little better and they took forever to get me some salt. This picture is of a margherita flatbread I ordered (after I put seasoned it myself). It looks nothing like the picture in the kiosk and it's more a tomato pizza than a margherita. Oh, and so expensive now... Cost me $18.70 for a "tomato" flatbread and a salad doing the "pick two items". Should have just gone home and ordered a large pizza elsewhere.
