Not the best pizza just wanted to remind myself why I tell people not to eat it. Pizzas undercooked very bland not even hot even after they heat it back up for not even two min. My slice of cheese was super soggy and I are here at 12 noon. I didn’t even finish it. Sorry guys. They need a real pizza place in that mall.

Mothersuckin Sbizzo. I was on an excursion to procure wares and goods when I was overcome with a hunger that only authentic southern italian fare could tame. I cast gaze upon the booths of peddlers hawking their foodstuffs when a vender of such cuisine caught my attention. It was as if I was a wayward ship being guided into harbor by a lighthouse on a stormy night. Pizza was not desired so we chose the strings sitting in shallow tepid water. We feasted on those mushy strings, balls of strange meat and sauce of mass production. It was a glorious feast.

Placed my order and asked for no ice in my fountain drink. Lady fills my drink half way and I asked to fill it, the lady says, "No, that's the amount with no ice." I am pretty sure the owner is problem and not the worker.

Was out at the mall with friends and we stopped at the food court for dinner. Food here was great. Pizza slices were definitely overpriced but you get what you pay for.

Never keep the dishwasher in view of the public.The pizza at S'barro (sbarro?) is good. The branding has gone away, which takes away from the atmosphere, but that's mall policy I guess.Edit: Anytime, robot!

Customer service was poor however the pizza here is great in my opinion saw the negative reviews I figured I’d give it a try and it didn’t disappoint

Sign says open and online said open. Told me you weren’t. Never coming back
I approached the counter at 11:18am, attempting to order lunch. An employee asked how she could help me, so I stated my order. She replied, “Uh-uh, not open!” Then did not know what time they were open. Their hours on Google Maps say that they open at 10am today. Other food court stations were selling food at this time. Sbarro needs to work out some kinks, I’ll tell you what.

Great service! The young lady who waited on us was very friendly and helpful. Pizza ?, though I'm not a fan of pizza ? anymore, was good. Everyone liked it! Four slices were over $16! It's the mall and Massachusetts.

On Dec 1, 2019I was verbally abused by the manager at the Sbarros at the Natick mall. I have struggled with weight all my life. To get it under control, I started walking the Natick mall daily. One Sunday morning, the manager of a sbarros calls me over. He accused me of taking pictures of his staff. I had no clue what he was talking about. Then it dawned on me that the night before, I took a picture of a plate of food from sbarros posting it to social media about how good temptations are everywhere. I showed him the picture and then the post- but he was not satisfied. He was positive I was up to no good. He started swearing at me threatening to call the cops. I said go ahead- I doubt police arrest people for taking pictures of terrible food. He sweared at me some more until security finally came over. They check my phone, asked me what happened sending me on my way to finish my walk and the manager home for causing a scene. I’ve reached out the sbarros a number of times about this exchange. I have this story saved in a note on my phone because it keeps getting pulled down. Now everytime I think about bad pizza- I check this review and repost it if it’s been taken down. I want an apology- that’s it. Next time I’m posting the video to YouTube.
