If I could give Zero stars I would. Every time I order from this location the order is always wrong. It’s correct on the receipt but what I’m given isn’t what I ordered. The customer service is horrible. I called and spoke to the manager regarding my whole order being wrong and was told “well I don’t work in the kitchen so it’s not my fault” As a manger you don’t play the blame game you take accountability, apologize and try to fix the issue. I will not be going back to this location and suggest you don’t either!

This was my first time here, ordered an avocado chicken sandwich. Something like that. But instead I got plain burger, meat not chicken. I ordered takeout and I was so disappointed. Wouldn’t be coming back again.

This location is a bit small but ok if it's not too busy. The food was good but when you order a burger make sure you ask for lettuce, tomato and onions otherwise they will just serve you a plain burger.
I made the mistake of Door Dashing a truffle mushroom Swiss burger from the Natick, MA store. The burger was very hot when it arrived but it was so overcooked, it was actually crunchy. The Smash fries are nothing special, just shoestring fries with herbs. It cost me $26 dollars including the tip. In my opinion, Wendy's single is a far better burger.
