I drive by 6 other pizza places to get to Square Manufacturing Company. Oh, and it's a 30 minute drive each way. ? That's how amazing their pizza is.I recommend that you stop reading here and just order this pizza! But if you want some more beta, here you go...Crust. Cheese. Sauce. In that order. Pizza was really good but the dough wasn’t cooked all the way through! Was totally raw in the middle. My girlfriend and I got a chicken bacon ranch and the pork pizza with pineapple. Both were raw in the middle.Either your oven temps are off, cooking temps are off or the dough recipe isn’t right. Definitely do some quality checks/R&D because I noticed I’m not the first person to complain about raw dough.
