The 5 Dollar biggie bag is an unbeatable deal. This particular Wendy's location had always been clean and the food fresh for fast food. The wait has also never been too long. This particular visit, there was a problem with the credit card machine and the manager was on the phone trying to fix it. He was somehow able to multi task in an impressive way because he was still serving customers.

First off the Spanish lady in the drive thru today at 5:30pm 6/13/2021 kept on saying the opposite of what I wanted. I get my food and the fries on me and my Wife’s order were cold, so I took them back and told her and she asked me “Why are they cold?”. She took them back and gave me new ones with less fries and no salt. Before I realized the fries were short with no salt, I asked her for some honey mustard and ketchup. She pretended to act busy on her phone when I’m speaking with her and she said “Oh I’m sorry” in a fake sarcastic way. Whoever she is I hope management sees this, so they can do something about her behavior.

I did delivery for UberEats they locked the doors. When I realized it was drive thru only I called because the line was 12 cars and I had a delivery in my car. I called and the reason for the doors being locked was due to them being short staffed. However, they helped me out by bringing food to the door. Thank you for understanding!

Ordered large fries. Got small fries in a large box (no the rest weren't spilled in the bag). They were barely warm.

So first off thought wendys was supposed to be fast food I was in the drive threw line for 15 minutes If it was a long line that would make sense but I was the third car in line it was 15 minutes from ordering to the second window. The food wasn't hot when I got it so idk what the long wait was for. I also ordered sauce for my kids nuggets and we got no sauce.

The service here was horrible. I arrived at the drive through on Sunday may 2nd at 12:52 am and the bald man at the window wouldn't serve me food. I haven't slept yet because of how the man treated me. I need help because of your horrible service.

The service was great... but I gave it a 3 star because the floors were being mopped and no CAUTION WET FLOOR SIGN was placed and my daughter in law slipped and banged her knee pretty hard
I placed my order via Wendy's app thinking that it was convinient. I placed order 25 mins ahead ofmy visit, and when I came over for pick up it was not ready. I spent anoter 10 mins in the restaurant watching staff working on other people's orders for both walk-in and drive-thru. Eventually one of the employees anounced a mobile order that still was not mine. I canceled my order and I left. They won't see me again in this restaurant

Also, the last time I went there the bacon on my burger tasted raw and disgusting. Do yourself a favor and go to McDonald's across the street.
