Worst place ever I order my meal Jose the cashier didint understand gave me the wrong one with attitudes. I asked for my money back. Jose dumped the food in the trash I Went to the drive through they gave me the same food just fresh fries one of the supervisors gave it to me at the windows he wears glass black male. I was just in your Wendy’s 5 minutes ago . I stood at the counter for a minute and no one acknowledged me. One associate looked at me then she walked away. I proceeded to video to get a timeline of my experience. I shot over a minute of footage as I was ignored with one associate taking an order over his headset. He came to the register right in front of me and totally ignored me. No “I will be right with nor any acknowledgment that I existed. I am now eating a pleasant breakfast at the Burger King a quarter mile away. This always happens at this store. My family and friends will no longer go to your establishments. I wanted to upload the video but only photos are allowed. Good bye.

I work in the area until about 4 A.M and usually grab food from herr an hour or two into my shift atleast twicr a week, they recongize me, never have gotten my order wrong and my food is always fresh. One of the better locations and the staff seems to be why.

Been here several times, might stop going as 9 out of 10 times they cannot get my coffee order right. I ask for milk, they keep saying cream, then they forget to add sugar or the coffee is cold. Awful service.

I love the big Dave classic and a large chocolate frosty to dip my fries in. Never a long wait. Orders are usually correct at the drive thru. Super clean bathrooms.Parking: 40 parking spaces
The waiter was friendly, he spoke to us very kindly. The fries were delicious..and the parking was perfect I love

Customer service is great. I was there but a week ago and two ladies from the cash register were very pleasant. One spoken English, and the other spoke Spanish. They were in communion one another very pleasant came to the table. Ask us if we needed anything. I never seen something like that and any place I go to never mind McDonald’s they trade you kind of fair but in a very rough matter. Well, congratulations you guys keep going and be kind and service orientated so when people come in, they see the love that you have on your job and I love you have for them.
